“Ordered 5 corals and some micro starfish. All showed up alive. Unfortunately one coral was dead the next morning. Steve offered to replace it on my next order! The only reason I rated it a 4 star was because TSA does not specify which Goniopora are really Bernardapora. As a resuly I ordered a Raspberry Lemonade "Goniopora" only to find out a week later it was a bernardapora. So I had to purchase a smll rock to isolate it on it's own island so as not to sting others. Plus of course they don't extend their polyps like Goniopora. Just wish they would differentiate between the two within the listings. Otherwise great experience.”
“This is not working properly even at the lowest setting water leaks everywhere yet doesn't funnel the media in the reactor. Very disappointed and there are no video's of this actual product to even try and troubleshoot.”
“Hi quality products as always, but the Colorado sunburst nem was very small. Body was 1" and the tentacles were small. Not worth the price I paid, it should have been 50% larger imo. Still think these guys are top notch, but maybe grow them out a bit more before selling, or pick better for your customers”
“I recently received my 2cnd order from TSA. An Acropora frag that was described as Extra large. The piece arrived well packaged and in Great condition ( As was my 1st order)! The size of the coral was much more than expected and would have to be described as Colony and not a Frag! Will definitely use Top Shelf Aquatics again and look Forward to my next purchase!”
“TSA was wonderful for my first order! Communication was wonderful! Coordinated delievery so that it worked for me! And gave me some bonus stickers for my daughter! 100% would repeat business!”
“I bought two type reef lights from TSA. I opened one box. I didn't take the light out the box. They will not allow my return. I have bought thousands dollars items from them. I didn't know the policies.
I will not buy anothing from them. I live in Vero Beach Florida. I will never see TSA in Orlando. I will take my business to WWC.”
We’re sorry to hear about your disappointment. After speaking with you over the phone, we understand your employer had ordered two different types of reef lights to compare before deciding which to keep. As noted in our Returns & Refunds Policy, we’re happy to accept returns on dry goods that are unused and completely manufacturer-sealed. Unfortunately, once a box is opened, the product can no longer be sold as new and cannot be accepted for return.
Our return policy is clearly listed on our website for transparency and consistency with all customers. While we truly value your past business and appreciate your support, we must apply the same return policy to all orders to ensure fairness.
