“This was my first time ordering online and the only knowledge i had from ordering online was youtube- so here are my thoughts!
1) they package it so well. They fill the box with peanuts, all corals have a plastic dixie cup shield around it to protect it, everything gets double bagged to prevent spills, they dont use rubber bands to close the bag they use metal bands.
2) i ordered the small corals but the zoas i ordered had between 5-6 polyps
3) corals arrived alive and are fully open now.
4) definitely have to dip them. I did get stuff out of the coral. But i dipped them and double rinsed them and havent noticed anything bad in tank.
5) the coloring is awesome on the zoas, im. Ery pleased with their coloring!
I will definitely be ordering from this company again!

“I recently ordered a bunch of Zoanthids and one showed up unacceptable. I don’t think anyone would have paid for that frag. It’s not much of a frag. Pen tip coral at best and can’t make it out .
I also bought a bobble tip Anenome for a great price and then received an email, the day it was supposed to arrive, saying you couldn’t include it and refunded my money and the other corals were arriving that same day. Cause is that it was too sick, but not sure about that. Another tsa aquatics purple cap showed up bleaching and has lost all its color. Day 3 or four now. So experience is so so.
I bought a torch and hammer corals and they look awesome. So it’s hit and miss.
I had to reorder a purple cap because no one else has that color. I should have called for a replacement but I don’t want the hassle, maybe I will
Another order was supposed to be included with another and never got shipped out. I had to call them so that they would fulfill it.
Over all not the best experience with tsa. So not sure where I can trust 100%. I’ll need to find something local so I can see why I’ll get”
“Received the delivery. Very healthy specimen. However, it's seriously overpriced and priced inconsistently ( ex, Mind melt acropora frags were very similiar but priced $200 different?). Honestly, I would rather deal with local sellers. If you can lower the price and waive the shipping fee, customers are more likely to purchase. Thank you.”
How are prices so different for the Mind Meld? It all has to do with the size of the frags and how nice and detailed the grafting and striations are. Your frag was smaller and not as nice as the normal frags we sell which is why the price is reduced. These rare grafted frags take a very long time to replicate and reproduce which is why they are so expensive. It's not just something you can walk into a local store and buy. As far as free shipping, we already eat the cost of shipping a lot. Most packages cost us $40-$60 our cost to ship FedEx Priority Overnight which is the most expensive method but best.
