“I would 100% reccomend wysiwyg fish , ordered a aquarich bali clownfish which came healthy and doing great . I also ordered different phytoplankton strains and both came in bottles that were almost clear which i assume were not healthy and /or hardly contained any live phytoplankton in the water”
“I'm a bit conflicted putting this together.
The copepods and phytoplankton were a great deal. They came in great and were easy to set up.
The blue berry zoanthid frag was small and the colors don't really pop. I've waited about 2 months to let the corals really adjust and get some supplements and food. But only this blue berry zoa is still small and lacks color. I've moved it around the tank to see where it is happy but to no avail. It's just meh anywhere in the tank. My parameters are fine and all my other corals and anemones are happy and growing.
The mint green star polyp is doing great. It grew, it got a beautiful green color, started to crawl off the frag into to my live rocks. I love it.
I'd have to order again and see if I really like this company and the size of frags for the price. I understand a lot of the price comes from the delicate shipping.
I would support my local fish store but it doesn't have a good reputation. And next closest one is 40 mins out and all the chain pet stores never take care of the salt water tanks (literally always dead or dying clown fish when I go to Petco)”
“TSA is top-notch. Healthy, colorful, pest-free corals. I purchased 17 different pieces (hammers & goni’s), and every single one is thriving. This place is now one of my go-to’s for building out my reef. I love their massive selection, from high-end showpieces to great entry-level options. Packaging was excellent. Corals were well-secured, cooling packs still cold, and the temperature range was noted by the staff in the included inventory printout. Don’t hesitate to buy from TSA you truly get what you pay for!”
“Wonderful experience. So happy with my new mushroom. He is huge and healthy and settled in nicely! I highly recommend Top Shelf Aquatics. A very smooth transaction! 5 stars!”
“Top shelf aquatics definitely lives up to their name. They are definitely Top Notch in quality and customer service. Steve helped me out and he is awesome. Steve has gone above and beyond to find me the corals i have been after for some time now. After calling in and getting referred to him by his team at Top Shelf i have literally gotten all the corals i was in search of. I will definitely be a returning customer and one day soon will visit the store in person.
Thank you Top Shelf Aquatics”
“Was not impressed. I understood the frag pieces would be small but not so thin. These pieces were cut the day before shipment or the morning of. Further, weren't proper glued to plug. No time given to allow frags to heal. Fragging by itself will induce stress on the specimen, throw in shipping, accilmation to light, temperature, and new parameters creates greater stress. These pieces should have been given time to heal. Another issue, if you say something is almost like WYSWYG then it should be close to what is posted. All my pieces are doing well though, just wasn't impressed!”
“This place is top notch. I’m on my third shipment could not be happier, very professional and if you have not been to the farm you need to go and visit special shout out to Jed very highly recommended.”
“Great corals. Customer service 2nd to none. These guys are on top of everything. Shout out to Steve for his excellent customer service. I have any questions I just shoot him a text to his personal phone and he gets back quick with a answer quickly. They are the top of the top for a reason.”
“Great place with very knowledgeable staff. Tons of aquariums, aquarium supplies, fish, and don’t even get me started on their corals and coral farm. I’ve purchased two tanks and lots of equipment. Still waiting on my tanks to cycle and I’ll be buying lots of fish and corals as well. Jed, my sales guy was very friendly and answered all my questions and continues to do so. I would highly recommend Top Shelf Aquatics.”
