“Love my blanket box: was exactly what it said on the tin. Sturdy, well made, properly finished. A lovely added extra was a whiff of linseed oil when I took the packaging off. Made me know the wood was properly treated!”

“We had a huge disappointment when our order of 3 black Oak carver chairs arrived and 2 turned out to be RED! However, when we called and reported the mistake, it was promptly dealt with which was greatly appreciated. The delivery took longer than I would have liked, about 2 weeks, but we knew that it was being worked on.”

“I was very trepid about buying furniture online that I had not seen or tried in a store. However, it was well worth the wait. The chairs are solid wood, good quality and have been professionally painted/stained. The customer service was good and the delivery people friendly and helpful. I can certainly recommend this company and am considering buying another two chairs from Top Furniture.”

“Ordered in Feb, with a delivery date of first 2 weeks in Apr. Phoned to find out where they were in April as no communication at all. Received an email saying they would be arriving at the beginning of May. Arrived mid May, good solid chairs, very hard on the seat.”

“The furniture arrived with dents, chips and the base for the wardrobe was split. This was after being told the wardrobe would arrive in April and only arriving in June, when I asked why wasn’t informed about the delay was told it was impossible to keep me informed”

“I purchased a Toulouse large chest of drawers plus two bedside cabinets. I was called a week beforehand to arrange delivery, the delivery guys were fab and delivery was spot on time. They were very well packed and look super in the bedroom.”
