“Great quality furniture, delivered on time. Fully notified of delivery so very happy. We expected the delivery in 4 to six weeks from order so it was delivered within that time period.”

“They delivered it okay. But I didn’t like the fact that they just left the item in the box and just left me alone to try to do it. I got a helpful neighbour who helped me to take the item out of the box. Wasn’t entirely satisfied with their attitude.”

“Delivery men were so unhelpful left me a 75yr old with polio to unpack 2 big boxes containing chest of drawers and dressing table! Thankfully customer service are brilliant very helpful girl determined to sort problem found a lovely man to come and unpack. Thank you”

“The chest of drawers when it arrived was yellow and nothing like the picture or description in terms of wood. Had to jump through hoops to return it with a fee deducted for the return.”
