“Excellent quality oak benches and delivery”

“The tall oak bar stools are extremely well made and very sturdy and heavy. It would be very hard to accidentally tip them over. We put felt pads on the bottom of the legs as they'd be hard to move otherwise (they can be slid on a hard floor with the furniture felt pads). Came by Parcel Force rather than the company's own transport (as the website states) - maybe because we live in a remote area - within a few days, and were probably the best wrapped parcels we have ever received. It took 40 minutes to unwrap each one! Only slight criticism is the colour - in the photos on the website they appear to be a 'natura'l oak colour, but they are quite 'orange' in real life, and will no doubt become more 'orange' as the wood ages. Not the best varnish for the manufacturers to have used - I guess we could sandpaper it off and revarnish with a clear lacquer, but it would be a lot of work.”

“Don’t know about furniture yet as I haven’t opened yet. Delivery was arranged with me over the phone for Friday 30/07. I arranged for someone to be there as I was was away. On Wednesday courier firm text me if they could leave it Thursday morning. I did not see this message as I was travelling. The courier simply left delivery on my doorstep at 8.10 am on Thursday leaving me a text. I was unable to get a friend to go to my house and take delivery indoors until the Thursday evening. When I get home I will let you know if there is anything missing or any damage.”

“Delighted with our furniture, which consisted of a coffee table, tv cabinet, 2 x bedside tables, a dressing table and a 2 over 2 drawer unit. From sales to delivery we were very happy with the excellent service we received.”

“Good quality furniture, easy to order on line, delivered exactly on time with phone notification giving time one week before plus delivery team update just before delivery on day. Very well packaged too. Good all round service, I’m very happy with the two pieces of furniture I ordered.”

“We found the Top Furniture website which listed the product that we were looking for (8 comfortable dining chairs). Not wanting to risk taking delivery of such a bulky purchase unseen, we drove a long way to view their warehouse and products. We were not disappointed. The staff were friendly, helpful and the premises and products were exactly as described. We placed our order which was delivered, on their own transport in 7 days, fully assembled and boxed. Very pleased with their product, service and price.”
