“Had my toulouse black nest of tables a couple of days and noticed a small circular bump on the middle table notified you and you want images of it i do not have a camera on my phone and not really up to speed sending things like that all i know is you have had £220 of me and one of the tables is not perfect what are you going to do about it ?”

“Initial visit to shop great ,ordering online no problems, delivery of item delivered to door step as requested with filling a skip up and items on the stairs.once cleared I took upstairs with family .Phone company with problems with chipped paint ,scratches and broken runner ,customer service great was offered small discount to keep item but with no warranty decided for a replacement which came in an hour ,we took the item downstairs and the delivery drivers took the new one into the bedroom,I replaced one of the drawers with the first one but runners looked ok and overall as expected for price the unit is very sturdy with solid drawers.Very happy with product and overall staff sorting out problems.Will buy again from top furniture ,already have a much older dressing table and mirror from when my son Scott weeden (was redshaw worked there for his very first job ,thank you”

“We absolutely love our new wooden dining table and chairs. All the chairs came nicely wrapped and boxed as did the table. We couldn’t have asked for better service both in the showroom and by the delivery man. It really does finish off a newly decorated dining room.”

“The item could have been better packed as corner protection had come loose within the box. Delivered by only one person when two would have been better due to weight and would have avoided being dragged along the floor.”
