“We were pleased to receive our pair of dining room chairs (in good condition) very quickly. We were unable for some unknown reason to track either the due day or time of the delivery and this took place at 7.15 a.m. on a weekday. Fortunately, we were in at the time, albeit slumbering! We believe that our delivery could be classified as being 'on time', hence the 'Yes' answer below (we had previously been informed that the goods would not be available until a week or more later than the actual delivery date).”

“Delivery and communication excellent. Went for higher price break for better product? Oak lid to blanket box is superb. Sadly the rest of the cabinetry is left wanting. Poorly finished especially in the feet areas, rough edges on the painted edges. Unfortunately two screws were missing from one of the hinges. I can refit myself to save rejection but this could be better. Overall a nice unit as it will not be on full display.”

“I have recently purchased a 2.8m Provence oak dining table. It is beautiful and simple in design and the oak is high quality with a natural finish. It is well made and practical in that the extension pieces can easily be stored neatly below and it would not look out of place in a contemporary or more traditional setting. I have also purchased Harrogate chairs which are comfortable and are proportionate to the table. My experience of Top Furniture is that customer service is excellent - good communication and items delivered well packaged and on time and I would not hesitate to buy form Top Furniture again.”
