“Awful customer service. We ordered two bedside tables which did not match their online description at all. Called customer service and spoke with Erin who confirmed that we could return the items to the Dartford store free of charge and on a weekend. However, we were then simply shunned and refused a refund at the Dartford store and was told that “Erin is a new joiner and got it wrong” and that instead we had to pay £30 for collection of the items that did not match their description. Terrible customer service. Would never order again nor recommend.”

“After an initial problem with a headboard was sorted the furniture looks fantastic in our new bedroom. The quality and ease of build was great. We will certainly recommend to friends and family and purchase again from top furniture.”
