Received my tv cabinet, definitely not oak weighs nothing, I think you need to change the description of the said item, I am returning as it is also damaged and definitely not finished to a high standard, very disappointing, hopefully I will get a refund soon and someone will pick up fairly quickly, we will see

Ordered 3 items. First one we opened was badly damaged so left the other 2 boxes unopened - I have to pay £30 return fee for the unopened boxes even though they have to come to collect the faulty item. They won't place all goods in the room of your choice. So they put the bedside cabinet boxes upstairs but not the chest of drawers! In other words they do the easy stuff.
I say steer clear of this company - other reviews seem good but for me this has been a bad experience from start to not yet finished! I am still awaiting collection of the goods and a refund

After waiting 13 weeks it arrived unpacked it to find that it was awful, screw marks on holes splits in the wood blue dye dirty handprints broken hinge, top part of wardrobes had bellied out so not straight at all made from hardboard not oak ,it is up for a refund and I am waiting for a date for this to be collected as I can’t use my room nmm

I had to return the dining chairs as I thought I was getting four instead of 2, but anyhow, the company gave me a refund without any issues, although I did have to pay 20 quid for collection.
