The drawers were exactly what I wanted. They came in a huge box which protected the drawers and the delivery people were very efficient. They are really good quality and came fully assembled. Once I had unpacked them they were ready to use. It only took about a week for them to arrive. The experience was a 5 star experience from quality of the product to customer service and delivery.
