“Furniture is great quality... well packaged and sturdy when put in place... Would have been better if the delivery guys had taken the goods to the room but I guess that's asking too much in the day and age of service culture..”

“Excellent customer service even though I was only enquiring after two ex-display/clearance dining chairs. I was sent photos of any blemishes before ordering, which I accepted. The chairs arrived well wrapped, in good time and were a very good price. I'm am extremely pleased, they fit in perfectly. Thank you.”

“So pleased with our Toulouse sideboard it looks perfect. Very good quality and a lovely finish. This is the 2nd time we have used this company and cannot fault how smooth from the ordering to the delivery is. We also purchased a toulouse coffee table a while ago and now have a matching set . Will definately use this company in the future .”

“Don’t believe what it says about delivery it’s totally inflexible comes to an area 1 day a week if you can’t do that then it’s another 14 days in my experience. The emails from the delivery dept leave a lot to be desired almost rude. I am now looking at my delivery hopefully coming at the beginning of Oct after 3 calls and failed call backs. I got the impression because its free delivery they simply dont care from the emails i got”

We apologise for the difficulty you encountered with our delivery department, this was never the intention. We offer a free delivery service and for all in stock items delivery is normally within 15 business days from the date the order was placed, we use our own delivery and planning team, and all routes are planned a week ahead with us being bound by legal driving hours and legal weights. Occasionally, for various reasons we may be able to deliver your items within a few days which I believe is what happened with your first order. I understand that this matter has already been discussed with you and you have accepted a date for delivery within our lead time from the date on your pre-order and within a week from another date that you could not accept. We try to be as flexible as possible in certain circumstances with our free delivery service, however, we understand that in your circumstances, we were not able to be as entirely flexible as you had expected, but are still within the lead time. We really do care about all of our customers, and on the whole we offer an excellent delivery service. We value your custom, and thank you for shopping with us. “Excellent service from placing order to delivery. Arrived within 15 days specified. Extremely well packed and no damage. Delivery driver brought item into hallway as requested and was very polite. I am thinking of having a piece of glass made for the top so it doesnt scratch as first thing my children fid was place keys on the top. Maybe thus could be offered as an option?”
