“My drawer unit is fantastic quality-exactly what I wanted. Not a good experience with one of the sales team though trying to arrange delivery-an extremely rude lady, that I raised a complaint about in online chat. She is absolutely not good for business, as your staff are supposed to be the voice of the business creating good impressions.”

“The bench is very nice just had one problem with the threads on the bench but eventually it went in not very happy with the delivery just left it in the front yard never knocked or rang the bell as me and my wife was at home”

“Initial delivery was not good. The delivery men refused to take the furniture upstairs. However, having contacted customer service they quickly rectified this. They sent round 3 men to move the furniture and were overall extremely helpful and informative. It seems a shame that my first experience was so poor as from what I can see the rest of the company runs very smoothly and the rest of the staff seem very polite.”
