“Ordered Top Furniture for the first time but not knowing what to expect Went on the amazing reviews and I honestly wasn’t disappointed Furniture is top class and love that it all comes assembled Love the colour thankfully i seen a review and changed my mind from the white to this colour without any problems customer service is 10/10 from sending me a sample of the colour which came within a few days to changing my order This is the exact colour I was looking for and goes perfect in my room Delivery guys were fantastic too Thank you Top Furninture for absolutely excellent service from start to finish”

“Everything was easy from ordering to delivery. Call received to advise time and date of arrival. Happy with the table and chairs which are of good quality. I was a bit apprehensive about ordering dining room furniture on line but would recommend Top Furniture.”

“We had fantastic Customer service. Many thanks to them all especially Emma. The delivery drivers went above and beyond. Very nice and friendly guys. We ordered two white toulouse chest of drawers. They are solid and well made. The drawers have a good depth. Love them !!!”

“I've already sent an email to Top Furniture regarding delivery of a chest of drawers, tall boy and wardrobe. The delivery was awful and unhelpful. We were left to manhandle the items upstairs ourselves otherwise leave our hallway unpassable. The delivery people were totally unconcerned. If you read the delivery arrangements they are carefully worded to allow just a drop off to a garage, downstairs etc, if the delivery people so wish. Anyone ordering items from Top Furniture should make allowances for disposing of huge amounts of polystyrene and cardboard and unless living in a large downstairs open space be prepared to make arrangements with a third party to actually getting the furniture upstairs. Other companies have a facility to deliver, unpack, assemble and remove packaging: unfortunately Top Furniture appear to me do not. Please take this into account if you chose to order from them. I will not make the same mistake again. Mike”

“Extremely easy to order and great correspondence from the company. I had to delay the delivery which was not an issue from Top Furniture and when the delivery date came we had plenty of notice and even on the day, was told they were on their way with an approximate arrival time. Great service !”
