I ordered a nest of 3 tables on 3rd June and didn't receive them until 12th August. It was only when I placed my order and paid for the tables, was I told of the long delivery time. When delivery was being arranged, I was given a date and was told that if I wasn't availabe on this date, then I would have to wait another 3 weeks! The tables, when they arrived, were lovely, however, I wasn't impressed with the overall delivery experience.

Polite and their information is accurate. their web site is easy to navigate, and when there was a delay wih the delivery, they were informative and helpful.

Ordered an oak table sold as solid oak and told on the phone that if it was marked in the future it could be sanded down and re oiled. Upon opening the boxes there were small chips on the bottom of the table and noticed that in fact it was not sold oak but oak veneered. Assembled the table fitting the 4 legs and opened the folding top to find more damage on the top. Emailed the customer service straight away and received a reply stating term's and conditions 7.8 saying 'by assembling your furniture this is deemed as acceptance and therefore cannot be returned or replaced ' we could not see some of the damage until it was assembled and then opened. If you do decide to order make sure you open and check all items before the driver leaves.

Furniture is very good however if you can’t make the delivery date or want to make a return expect to wait weeks /months. I would buy in store or not bother unless someone is always at home.

I ordered a solid oak 2m dining bench.....it was delivered as advised by 2 lovely drivers. We followed the assembly instructions an it was built in 15 minutes. It is lovely, very heavy, sturdy and eye catching. I would definitely order from Top Furniture again.

excellent quality and good value as not the cheapest but the quality is outstanding, ordered 7 items, all arrived well packaged and delivery team very good, need to be aware can be some delay in the order, ensure you know this from the off, but worth the wait, will be ordering more as we decorate other rooms

I am very pleased and very happy with my new Top Furniture white tv stand. The delivery was well on time and delivered with care and safety. I absolutely love my Toulouse grey painted sideboard. It looks lovely in my dining room, in fact I can't stop looking at it! The style and colour are perfect. The only downside is it was so well packed and the delivery men said they were unable to help me unpack it. Being an older lady I did struggle to get the packing off, but eventually managed it. I have no hesitation in recommending Top furniture for quality and value.

We can see you placed your order on the 15th March with a pre-order date of 30th June, unfortunately due to the global shipping crisis in the Suez we had a further delay with your order which you were notified of on the 16th May. We apologised for this, however, we would like to clarify that your original pre-order was anticipated for delivery mid July, and this was delivered to you on the 5th August, therefore, there was never a promise for delivery within 4 weeks from the order date, neither was there a delay of 4 months nor was this advertised as such. Furniture was lovely But delivery was OK but just left with big box Would be better if I had the choice of unpacking at a extra cost as at.80 I had to get someone to do it
