“After purchasing one dining chair to see if it was suitable , it arrived and was just what we we wanted , so have ordered 5 more , from the start the team were so helpful , keeping us posted with delivery dates and the best bit is that they arrive fully assembled. Really looking forward to receiving the final 5 on Wednesday which is just over a week since they where ordered . Many Thanks”

“Very good furniture, solid oak. Arrived quickly and delivery men carried it into house. Just so much packaging. 6ft 2 cardboard box wrapped in shrink wrap, then so much plastic in box. The furniture arrived pristine but it left me with loads of packaging to get rid of.”

“Received 6 dining chairs, one has wonky leg and the other is dirty in several places and also has a small burn in the centre of the seat. I called straight away after delivery and was told to email in photos. I did that and then chased twice, it’s been almost a week and I haven’t had a reply. Really poor customer services!!!!!”

“Table arrived with rubbing along one top end which had removed the staining colour. Chair legs not all chamfered on ends so some risk of legs splintering. Generally, not finished as well as furniture from Oak Furniture Land.”

“Easy website to follow, ordering was quick and easy and although I had to wait a while for delivery because one of my items were out of stock, I was kept informed. Delivery was great and everything was wrapped perfect. My only moan would be, is that they will not take upstairs, so I had to pay someone to get my furniture to my bedroom”

“The furniture is better then we could ever imagined especially when you buy off line, our chest of draws and bedside tables are beautiful and very well made. Delivery service was exceptional. Everybody who has seen them has complimented how nice they look. Would recommend to anyone”

“Would not take boxes upstairs. They said it’s to heavy. How do we manage being pensioners. Also did not know it was self assembly. If we knew would not have ordered”
