“Excellent customer service very polite delivery guys I bought a solid oak small dining table took under 20 minutes to fix kegs to table top & voila! Very good value for money for a high end product”

“I've already sent an email to Top Furniture regarding delivery of a chest of drawers, tall boy and wardrobe. The delivery was awful and unhelpful. We were left to manhandle the items upstairs ourselves otherwise leave our hallway unpassable. The delivery people were totally unconcerned. If you read the delivery arrangements they are carefully worded to allow just a drop off to a garage, downstairs etc, if the delivery people so wish. Anyone ordering items from Top Furniture should make allowances for disposing of huge amounts of polystyrene and cardboard and unless living in a large downstairs open space be prepared to make arrangements with a third party to actually getting the furniture upstairs. Other companies have a facility to deliver, unpack, assemble and remove packaging: unfortunately Top Furniture appear to me do not. Please take this into account if you chose to order from them. I will not make the same mistake again. Mike”

“Extremely easy to order and great correspondence from the company. I had to delay the delivery which was not an issue from Top Furniture and when the delivery date came we had plenty of notice and even on the day, was told they were on their way with an approximate arrival time. Great service !”

“The cross leg table I purchased is a very well made piece of furniture. Nice central opening for expanding the table very smooth. Bolts together easily but takes two strong people to turn the table upright.”

“ITEM. Review of "Country Oak 3.4m Large Double Extending Dining Table X Leg Oval Corners" (https://www.topfurniture.co.uk/large-oak-dining-table-12-14-seater-cross-leg-oval-end.html?nosto=nosto-page-category1-fallback-nosto-1), £1499.99 after discount offered by the site. DELIVERY/ASSEMBLY. Delivery was well organized and the two-person team put the table in the room we asked. Assembly is technically easy -- the top (with extension mechanism/pieces) comes as one piece, so it's just a question of bolting on the legs (one piece each) and the crossbar. Mounting the crossbar takes two people (to hold it in place). The hard part in assembly is the weight -- the top+bar packet describes itself as ~101 kg and the legs together are ~34kg -- so inverting the top to add the legs/bar means lifting ~100kg of top (a two-person job), and once the legs are on, putting the table the right way up means lifting or tipping ~135kg. We elected to tip, keeping it on the edge of its feet very briefly, and this worked fine, though a fair effort to get it tipped enough. If adding felt to the feet, that's obviously best done after initial assembly and before righting it. Top Furniture offer felt feet as a prize for completing a review, but while that's kind, it's too late. IN USE. This is an excellent table, and good-looking, with something of a monastic style. The table is very solid. The extension mechanism is excellent; latches hold the top pieces together (with a small bolt to ensure the first of the inner flaps stays in the right place) and the metalwork under the table is solid. The crossbar under the table is fairly high and does not get in the way of people's legs; the table is also quite wide, also helping that. When the table is retracted, there isn't much room for putting chairs under the ends (the legs are close to the ends), as others have noted. PHOTOS. Photos (a) fully extended (next to an old Ikea dining table) and (b) fully retracted -- there is also an intermediate step. Chairs shown are unrelated.”

“I was very pleased with the Toulouse tv unit delivered recently It arrived in good condition, well wrapped up from its arrival from China which took nearly three months. However, the dimensions were misleading on website images and a few adjustments had to be made by my husband in order for items to fit the top shelf properly. Other than that, I recommend it for quality of workmanship and finish.”
