“Lovely furniture. Delivery drivers, although I appreciated the early delivery- I notice they don't have shoe coverings or take shoes off- not a huge problem but we have also just taken a bed delivery from another company and it was automatic with them so I have noticed the difference! The driver just said sorry if I have marked your carpet! I was also surprised to learn they are unable to take my heavy set of draws upstairs to the room they were going in and left them for us at the door. They stated covid as a reason but again it does differ with other companies and as neither even wore masks I was doubtful of their reasons for not wanting to lift them!. This was a shame as it was hard lifting it ourselves. Other wise the draws themselves we are very happy with.”

“1. We bought a dining table. It is exactly as advertised. 2. However, many of your competitors offer an assembly service at a reasonable charge. I suggest you could do the same. 3. The delivery men first unloaded the wrong table; fortunately they discovered their mistake before they left. Easily done perhaps if they had a hectic delivery schedule.”

“The stools are really lovely and were reasonably priced too. The customer service was good - timely and proactive when there was a delay to delivery and excellent communication about the delivery and from the delivery team. I would use recommend them.”
