“I am sorry to say so far I’m rather disappointed in your service, I received an email yesterday to say my delivery is on the 17th, I responded to say I am away that weekend so won’t be home that day to be told if I refused delivery it would be possibly 2 to 3 weeks wait for my delivery and that I would only receive a text on the day of delivery as notice, in this day and age most people are working and need a little more notice and at least give a few dates delivery to choose from, if delivery is coming from Uttoxeter I am literally 9 miles away, I did ask if I could arrange collection would this be possible but have yet to receive a reply. This is nearly a £1500 order and was going to order more shortly. Regards Lesley Pyatt”

“Easy ordering, quick delivery although delivery men were not happy there was one flight of stairs involved. This question was never asked & it’s clear it’s flats from the postcode & one set of stairs is hardly a hardship however they were difficult about it. Puts me off ordering again. Furniture itself is nice enough, not amazing but fine.”

“The furniture is lovely and exactly the size and shape we wanted. The extension is very clever and easy to operate. Delivery was quicker than advertised although it was delivered at 630am which even for an early bird like me is a little too early hence the loss of one star.”

“Top quality oak furniture that was delivered when arranged. I couldn’t ask for more and save £1000 over a high street oak furniture company and I think the quality with Top Furniture was better too. I will be buying more from Top Furniture when we do the other rooms in our new house.”
