“Order of oak display cabinet. Was kept informed regarding delivery both following order and on date of delivery. Delivered by polite and helpful staff. Unit is well constructed and two moveable shelves gives options when displaying items. Overall delighted with purchase.”

“We are very pleased with our furniture and I would order again assuming delivery time would be better. Love the look and quality, so I would also recommend the furniture to friends, but I would have tell them to be prepared to wait. Maybe delivery will improve in time.”

“We are very pleased with our purchase of 3 oak bar stools. They are heavy, sturdy, so shouldn’t tip over & very well made. I need pads on the legs so as not to scratch floor tiles.”

“Gave this company the benefit of the doubt after a bad experience with them previously. Ordered from them again, waited a long time for them to email me with delivery date (around 2 months). Unfortunately I was not able to be home on the date they gave me because of personal reasons so I called to rearrange. I was informed that this was the only date and that I would have to pay £50 for another date ... I requested a refund, a long wait for nothing, very poorly run business and a very bad mannered, abrupt woman on the phone. Certainly learnt my lesson and will not be shopping here again. I feel this review may bot be shared with others.”

“Dining table, chairs and sideboard delivered well within the stated timescale. Table well up to expectation, pleased with chairs and have ordered two more. Unfortunately one chair had a slight manufacturing fault but this has been dealt with efficiently and a replacement is on the way. Very happy with sideboard as well.”

“Ordering was easy, was contacted quickly regarding delivery, though on a slight negative they didn’t check the emails that they asked me to respond to! Delivery was easy and early enough to mean I wasn’t late for work, and the delivery lads were great. Thank you”
