“Ordered a large oak sideboard and an oak lamp table. The lamp table was fine but the oak sideboard does have a defect as one of the legs is 1.5cm above the floor. Have sent an email to support @topfurniture.....but no response to date. Avoid....”

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. Looking into this matter further, I can see that you did email support@topfurniture.co.uk on Sat 30/07/2022 at 4:35 pm. Unfortunately, our customer service department is closed during weekends, hence no reply as of yet. However, rest assured you will get a reply on Monday after 9 am. During business hours when the department is open, all emails are responded to the very same day and we pride ourselves on this fact. Looking into the email you sent to our customer service department, I can see that the gap is affecting the centre support leg. You should be able to see at the bottom of the leg a black stud. If you rotate this black stud, which is designed to be adjustable on the centre support leg, the black stud will then meet to touch the floor. “I purchased a small oak sideboard from top furniture the product on delivery was of a good quality packaged well arring unmarked the delivery guys were grt too, however this took forever to be dispatched 3 months, the communication was non existent which was very frustrating! I will be using a different company for this kind of purchase in the future.”

“We bought a table and two dining chairs from Top Furniture when we moved to a smaller property. Before we bought the items we had queries which their customer services dealt with very promptly. Six months later the table is perfect but one of the dining chairs developed a fault. They did not have any of the same chairs in stock, we therefore purchased two new chairs elsewhere. The original chairs were collected and a full refund given for the chairs with no quibbles. If you want a company who provide excellent customer services when things go wrong look not further, you can buy with confidence.”

“We bought our dining table from Top Furniture quite a few years ago and returned recently when we wanted a new sideboard and wine wrack. Again thet were friendly, informative and efficient. The delivery was on time, the goods were well packaged and in good condition.”
