“Furniture arrived extremely well packed. Delivery men efficient and friendly, chairs are just what I needed, good quality and comfortable even without cushions. I’m hoping they are cat proof!”

“Easy to order, discuss, pay etc and good communication on items to be delivered on a specific date to our house. One problem which is out of Top Furniture hands is we are still awaiting for over three months a tv corner cabinet which still hasnt arrived from overseas due to docking problems ar port terminals but we have been kept informed by email about the issue, so fingers crossed will arrive before christmas . Would still highly recommend the company plus the quality of furniture we have so far bought and received.”

“Love my white pedestal. Solid, stunning detail and well made. It arrived very well packaged. Unfortunately some of the Packaging was sellotaped onto the top of the pedestal. I removed it with Great care but despite this it removed the Matt finish to the paintwork. So I am a tad guttered about that as otherwise it is a perfect item of furniture.”

“Simple but elegant blanket chest. Getting a product which is already assembled and sturdy is worth the money. I did think that the carrier was going to unpack and remove the wrapping, which was extremely protective. That was my only grouse. Very happy with it”

“Placed 2nd order some months after the 1st for the same type of chair. It was the same price. Easy to order online and was advised when free delivery would be made. Unfortunately Jury Service prevented me being present on delivery day and the chair was not checked. We it was checked later there was a problem that should not have got past quality control. However, when customer services were contacted they could not have been friendly or more efficient and a swop was arranged and was transacted in just over a week and sure enough we received a quality product. Problems happen it’s how they are resolved which is so important.”

“The chairs were exactly as advertised. They were superbly wrapped and protected. Great communication skills firstly from HO to confirm a date and then the courier on the day of delivery, advising only 30 mins away. Would use again”
