“This is my 5th piece of furniture from tops, delivery was late due to an overseas issue and out of their control. I ordered the country oak large TV unit, which is lovely however there was a small area at the front that's dull area as though it's not been polished properly . I waited so long to get the unit that I didn't bother to report it. Great company but because of this I gave a 9 out of 10.”

“We picked out a table, 2 chairs and a bench, but as the bench was unavailable. We needed the items urgently, so asked to swap the bench for 2 more chairs. Top Furniture were very polite, helpful and friendly, and went to some lengths to get the order out to us, in just a few days, in good time for our visitors arriving. The quality of the table and chairs was excellent, and the colour fits beautifully with our wooden doors. The seats are comfortable and supportive. Delivery was free. I would recommend this company without hesitation.”

“We were looking to buy my mother-in-law new bedroom furniture. We didn't want flat-packed or anything flimsy but it was hard to find something affordable that was solid. In addition, we were concerned about shipping and setup because we don't live near to her. After searching for ages and reading loads of reviews, we settled on Top Furniture. I'm so pleased we did! The furniture is well made, contemporary, and high quality. The price was fair - not inexpensive, but the value equals the price. The icing on the cake was the delivery. The furniture arrived according to the timeline given to us upon purchase and had been properly packed so as to ensure it was damage-free. The delivery men were WONDERFUL (I'm sorry to say she didn't get their names). They were careful with her home and made sure everything was left in the right place, ensuring she was satisfied before they left. I would give 10 stars if I could! Thank you for a wonderful (and human) delivery experience and for such high quality furniture!”

“The company communication was excellent and the delivery drivers arrived on time and were very helpful. I was expecting the unit to be bigger (typically bloke and I didn’t measure!) and I expected it to be made of solid wood rather than mdf, (again I should have read properly) so whilst the chest looks good, it’s a bit cheaply made. So the company get 5* the chest gets 3* hence the 4* average ☺️”

“nice looking chest of drawers but the drawers are so shallow, they barely fit anything in them - it is a large drawer unit but very little space and I can't fit all of my clothes inside. Unit should be higher and much better sized drawers. They also took a very long time to arrive.”
