“Really impressed with the quality of our Litchfield flip-top Oak dining table. We have been looking for one for a long time and this fits the bill, matching our existing Oak furniture. Throughout ordering and delivery we were kept informed by telephone or text and received the order within 7 days. The first time that we have ordered furniture online and have been really pleased with Top Furniture.”

“We ordered our Farmhouse country oak bed on the 6th November the order was taken and a delivery date of the 15th was given and was delivered exactly as told, our delivery gents were Matt and Pete, seeing my husband is limping as he has a torn meniscus tendon they took the bed to our bedroom and unpacked it for us taking the packaging away what am amazing service, we absolutely delighted with this bed and the whole service recieved from Top Furniture. We would highly recommend Top Furniture and Matt and Pete in particular for their customer service skills Thank you Gents”

“The service received from Top Furniture is honestly the best customer service I’ve experienced. There was a slight hiccup with delivery but the team went absolutely above and beyond to rectify the issue and made sure furniture was delivered to my room with care and precision. Absolutely top class. Will definitely recommend to family and friends and purchase again. Furniture is great quality too. Shout out to Neil for his amazing help.”

“- Quality of the chest of drawers is decent, however backing is not solid oak, and a little flimsy. Wondering if the rest is solid oak or oak veneer. Time will tell. - Comms around delivery date good. - Delivery on time good. - Let down as over £500 spent for a chest of drawers where the delivery team (2 men) refused to take it up one short flight of stairs to our main bedroom. They were rude, provided no explanation and not flexible at all. Furthermore, the company doesn’t offer an option to pay more for ‘Delivery to room of choice. Our chest of drawers is still sitting in our living room. Shame really, this has seriously affected my review/ and rating of Top Furniture. I will not order from them again.”

“Absolutely love the furniture I ordered from Top Furniture! Customers service are easy to get through to and answer any questions you have! Delivery was spot on in the time slot and the two guys were very helpful in taking the furniture up to my sons bedroom. We ordered 3 items the bedside table came fully assembled and very well packaged! The triple wardrobe comes in a few large pieces but very straight forward to put together (and we are not DIY people) the wardrobe is very heavy to lift onto the bottom box I would I say 3 people at minimum. Waiting for the chest of drawers to come into stock and then the bedroom will be complete! If you have any doubts ordering with this company I can assure you, you have no need to be! The furniture is very solid and good quality! We will be ordering another set for the next bedroom.”

“Great service in the show room at Uttoxeter.Delivered TV cabinet on time. Good piece very happy. Let down by one of the delivery man who was rude when asked by my 68 year old wife to lift the cabinet into the space.He wanted to leave it at the door.2.1m long far too heavy.Top Furniture he let you down”

“The table we purchased is lovely, very solid, great finish and easy to assemble and extend/reduce. We did a lot of research and did not find many options of this size that would work in our space, but this table is perfect and is also good value. The double extension feature provides a lot of flexibility so it’s fine when it’s just our family having dinner and also works when we have lots of guests. Overall we are very happy with it.”
