“Had to wait a while as one of the bedside cabinets out of stock but when they did arrive they were packed well and delivery drivers kindly took them upstairs for me and I love them, perfect 👌”

“The furniture was delivered but not unpacked by the delivery men . Some companies do this for you. Looking at it we were initially pleased with it. However during the course of the day we noticed it was giving off the most obnoxious fumes. We could not sleep in the bedroom that night and emailed the customer services early next morning. The fumes have continued throughout the week and we are still unable to use the room. We have been trying to resolve the situation with customer services and have tried leaving the windows open 24 hours a day to make the smell dissipate. We are at present still trying to resolve things. We have asked for a refund but the company wants us to repack everything ourselves which we feel unable to do without the correct materials. The company have made various stipulations regarding this and we have asked that the delivery men bring materials and do it. We feel we should not be responsible for this as we will be blamed for any damage in transit. We are still waiting for a resolution.”

“I was very excited to receive my bedroom furniture. I ordered 2 x large Toulouse bedside tables, chest of drawers and tall boy. I wasn't disappointed! It's very well made, very sturdy, well packaged. Great communication, helpful delivery staff. I am one very happy customer and will definitely recommend”

“Great delivery. Bookcase not 100% perfect like sideboard purchased a few weeks prior. Fitted shelf a bit rough and some fitment areas for other shelves will need to be drilled as figments can't be secured in some holes.”

“Large chest of drawers arrived and the quality looks good for the price. Two areas that brought the score down: 1) colour - a grey with a green tint to it so does not quite fit with the interior and will need to look if I can repaint it somehow 2) the delivery guys just dropped it in the entrance hallway. When I asked them if the furniture would not be delivered in the room of choice they reluctantly took it there but it was only after they left that I noticed the damage done to the wall and paint. As such sadly it will cost me more replastering and repainting those areas than the piece of furniture itself.”

“Lovely furniture and delivered when stated. Small damage to one chest of drawers and as it’s at the back and not obvious we accepted a small discount as compensation instead of returning and exchanging. Great communication from the company and sorted quickly. Would order from them again.”
