“We are so pleased with our chairs and bench recently purchased from Top Furniture. (We already had a table). 6 Windemere chairs with oak seats and 1.2m cross leg oak bench. I had read the reviews (all favourable) however because I was visiting someone in Stoke Hospital I thought I'd visit their showroom in Uttoxeter. (We don't live anywhere near). The staff were lovely and left me in peace to choose which chairs we preferred. (I had to take photos to send to my daughter). All the chairs are very heavy, very well made and ours are very comfortable. I know its tricky to order without seeing and feeling, however if you are unable to visit a showroom I'm sure you'll be more than happy with the quality. The delivery men were very courteous and the chairs and bench were packaged carefully to protect them. Would 100% recommend Top Furniture.”

“I purchased a few bits of furniture after reading excellent reviews and hoping I was buying excellent quality oak furniture. Delivery and first customer service was very good. But quality of furniture after opening boxes was a disappointment. The only oak part was top of the chest of drawers. Rest of the materials was cheap wood. All the drawers are fiddly different shapes, same are hard to open. And the stoppers they put behind drawers are already broken after using a few weeks. I wouldn’t buy furniture again from this company.”

“My order was made in April and was originally due for delivery in June but was postponed until September. Once it arrived, we found three different batch numbers in the two boxes we opened, there were six boxes, each containing two dining chairs, and no two were alike. They were different in size, colour and stitch detail. I could not possibly have twelve different chairs so decided to send them all back. The customer service however was excellent with immediate responses, just a shame that the product was sub par.”

“Quick delivery and great customer service. It is a little bit more grey than it looks on the site's pictures and lighter than I thought. In general, I am very satisfied with buying this bookcase but I think it could be a little bit cheaper”

“Beautiful item, and quick assembly. Somehow it got delivered to us without the assembly parts or the instructions, and the customer service was amazing. They sent us the parts straight away, no messing around and no waiting time to get a response on their part.”

“Fabulous furniture, so pleased. It was a leap of faith to spend so much money on something I hadn’t seen, but I am thrilled with our purchases. All my questions were answered promptly, the order arrived exactly when they said it would. Both items were very well wrapped. One thing to note, as with so many companies the items were delivered to a downstairs room only. However, once unwrapped and the drawers removed it took my son and husband no time at all to take them upstairs.”
