“The chairs are of good quality but arrived with the front corners squashed. Top Furniture asked us to leave for a couple of weeks for the creases to iron themselves out or offered a small cash settlement. So far the creases are still present.”

“The service via e-mail and phone communication was first class from start to finish. We ordered a TV Unit and coffee table from the Farmhouse range. They look lovely in our living room. The only issue was that the table tops are made of a mixture of MDF and oak veneer, which Top Furniture admitted - so they feel a bit lightweight on top. So as long as you're not planning to sit on them, they're both really nice and most of the appear to be wood/wood veneer.”

“Amazing service, super quick delivery. I would definitely shop again. It would actually probably be my 'go to' furniture store. I went to the Dartford store and was reassured by the quality of the furniture. I ordered over the phone on a Sunday, and the lad in the Dartford store could probably do with some telephone training but other than that a perfect service.”
