“Very happy with the furniture so far. Thank you Mark and Kieron for all of your help. You both have a friendly, approachable nature, shame the same can’t be said for Carl, who needs some training also needs to loose the chip on his shoulder. The delivery team ( the call handlersI mean, not the actual delivery men, they were great) need so work too.”

“We were looking to furnish a small cottage with suitable country-looking furniture. You were local, easy to find, had a good showroom with a warm welcome. You had lots of furniture in the sale, with lots reduced below half price. The selection of slightly damaged furniture allowed us to find some items that were massively reduced in price. The items are all well built, solid and will last. Not flat packed chipboard rubbish. My only problem was that the floor in the cottage is not level!! Ordering was easy, delivery free and very quick. The guys dropped off all the well-packaged boxes into the rooms I needed them in. They were on time, helpful and friendly. You rightly deserve to be called TopFurniture.”

“Hi. I have already submitted my review which was that the table is excellent and not too difficult to assemble. I am reporting again with a minor glitch. We extended the table fully and clipped it into place = brilliant - no gaps or ridges but when, after a day or so, we tried to go back to the non-extended size we couldn't as the units were stuck to the main leaves. After a while trying to heave them apart, as a last resort I tried moving the main part and an extender part one up and the other down and after a few goes they separated - whew. Must be the oil/varnish hadn't fully dried - anyway all good now.”

“Having seen the item beforehand, ordered an ‘oak’ bar stool. The stool that has arrived is DARK ORANGE, resembling old pine rather than oak. Customer Services claim it is a natural shade. I’ve never seen any oak of this colour before. Will NOT purchase anything further or recommend this company at all, totally unsatisfactory.”

“Terrible service. The chair was not good quality, I sent an email, complained, took a video and sent it but still I’m waiting for a response. Absolutely terrible. The chair was nearly £200. Really bad service”
