“Have never risked a furniture purchase over the internet before, especially a major purchase such as a dining table and chair set so I placed the order with some trepidation. I have two things to say really. 1) The overall quality of our Chelse dining set is excellent and looks brilliant in our lounge/diner 2) Top Furniture were very responsive to a couple of minor quality issues we identified on delivery. Will I use them again? Yes”

“We were trying to buy a Oak Dining Suite and looked everwhere without finding the right quality product at a competitive price. We visited Top Furniture showroom in Dartford, Kent and were immedaitely impressed with the quality of their Oak Dining sets. Their Sales Executive, Joshua, patiently explained what items were available and cheked delivery schedules. We purchased a new Country Oak Dining Suite with 8 chairs for a very competitive price. the sales and customer service was excellent. No hard pressure sales tactics or glitzy salespersons to encourage to put pressure on you to buy on the spot. Just ordinary people to treat customers as being important and valued. Oh what a wonderful change!”

“Moved into our new home last week and our table was delivered exactly as promised. A prompt and efficient service. As we have builders around the property was decided that we would leave the assembly of our table until work is completed. We have checked the table and it is beautiful!! It is solid, has a beautiful finish and is really well made. It was well packaged and I cannot wait to see it in position! Many thanks for you communication during ordering and delivery. Will definitely recommend and use your company again.”

“I'm a little disappointed with my furniture - it wasn't cheap either! Once l unpacked l noticed a few flaws and to be honest l was expecting better quality although not enough to return the items. I'm really fussy and just picked up on a few things. The finish should have been better for the price.Top Furniture it wasn't! Love the Oak tops but l wouldn't order anything else!”
