“The web site needs seeing to. There was nowhere to put in your address except a postcode. I put my Welsh post code in and when I came to check out an address in England came up. It wasn't paypal as was suggested as paypal doesn't have that address. So it might be a good idea to allow an area for a delivery address”

I have looked into your comments as I wanted to ensure that this was not causing concern for other customers also, thank you for bringing this to our attention. It would appear that you paid for the goods via PayPal and that the "stored" verified PayPal address was different from where you desired to have the goods delivered to (a possible issue with a stored address within PayPal on your account with them). It was this that we believed had caused the issue 🙄. I am pleased that my colleague Barbara managed to get this address and payment sorted out, but we are sorry that it wasn't as straightforward as you would have hoped. “Called to verify the paint I wanted and the response was excellent. Placed my order next day and was told 3/5 days but I received it in 3 days. Can't beat that! The price was excellent,the cheapest I could find.Packing was really impressive as well . Taped,bagged, plenty of packing in a strong box.Really pleased. Have used the paint and it is top quality. First time buyer with Tools -Paint and it won't be the last. Highly recommended! 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.”
