“I ordered a lovely orange outdoor paint from tools-paint as I couldn't get the shade I wanted elsewhere. It was a bit of a gamble as the reviews were mixed.. The paint was quite thin and watery (unsure if this is typical of outdoor paints or not?) so I needed to do 2 coats, however the overall finished look was brilliant! The customer service from tools paint was exceptional and the paint arrived quickly and well packaged. It was exactly the bright shade i wanted. I'd order from them again.”

I do hope you comment that "took a gamble as the reviews were mixed" were pertaining to the Cuprinol paint and not reviews of tools-paint.com :0). Our review feedback should instill confidence, proven by the service you have reported. The Cuprinol paint can be on the thin side and two coats on a bright Orange or Yellow would be anticipated. The pictures however do look good and I can see why you are pleased. It is good to learn that you would have no hesitation in buying from us again. We hope to see you soon. “The first time used this supplier found on line, purchased a used YAMAHA 25HP outboard for my boat. The engine cowell was scratched and the labels scuffed as was a few years old. Although you may think the paint is expensive! the service was A1 with quick delivery, colour match was perfect, paint was easy to use and the matalic finnish was perfect. Used the whole can which sprayed evenly and consistantly with no splutters. Great supplier and fantastic product. Thank you”

I commend you on the purchase of the Hamilton scrapper, I purchased one for removing the tile adhesive off a bathroom wall, an absolute revelation to me, as I had assumed (wrongly) that you needed to sand it off. “I ordered some paint to cover new woodwork and to re-cover already painted wood. Scott advised me that my requested coating was no longer manufactured. He explained all other options open to me and advised me as to which would best fit my situation. We agreed on the way ahead, and the paint arrived promptly. Very helpful and knowledgeable.”

“Specialist paints for a beautiful finish mixed with Pantone you require. Something out of the ordinary. Using them for the exterior of a 1952 caravan and have painted add-ons but just waiting for some warmer weather to do the main body. Highly recommend this company for speed and efficiency”
