“Really polite, friendly staff. A pleasure to deal with. Products came as ordered. No issues delivering to my address, which can be complicated as it’s across a railway line. A word of warning though. Plan well in advance, as orders can take between 3-5 working days to process.”

We have literally list 1000's of products and to always have the right amount of stock available whenever required is just not possible. We quote 3-5 days as we can usually get any out-of-stock items dispatched within this timescale. Many, many orders are received and dispatched the same day, if we promised next-day delivery we would have more disappointed customers. The FillCoat Fibres is a great product and we have some regular users of this for ongoing maintenance issues. Every shed, garage, or home should have a tin in it. “Certainly cheaper than other places I use and getting the same high quality of paint and delivery. Bought the Rustoleum PU 7200 with a RAL shade 9005 and got exactly that. Will be back for more for next job. I use this paint for painting exterior pavers before laying and it covers well. Got about 9 square metres done on this job and still have half the 5-litre tin left.”

“The paint (HMG Paint) came in good time and was well packed with the lid secured, it sprayed on perfectly and has now cured to a hard tough finish. Excellent service”

Hi Karen, thank you for taking the trouble to review us. I sense the frustration in your three-star and two-word review! I have looked into your order which was placed on Saturday 7th May. This was produced and dispatched on Monday 9th May, within our targetted service level. An email confirming dispatch was sent on 9th May. Following your comments, I see that the carriers did not deliver the paint until Friday 13th May, well beyond the anticipated "next day" delivery. We are truly sorry for the level of service you have experienced. We put our faith in the carriers and as you can see by the numerous other happy customers, they usually deliver what is expected. Quite clearly this has not happened on this occasion, please accept our sincere apologies. All at tools-paint.com
