I just wanted to assure you that under no account do we send out dented tins - the potential cost to us of recovering damaged items and/or sending replacements far outweighs any short-term gain. As you indicated, we pack tins as well as ought to be necessary but unfortunately sometimes the couriers are not as careful as we would like them to be! We do raise this issue with them when we hear of cases such as this.

“After placing my order (of which the items were a very good price) the goods were despatched and delivered very quickly, however on inspection of the goods it appeared that not quite the right goods were picked. I raised my query with the customer service team who were very quick in sending me the correct items and even allowed me to keep the incorrect items as goodwill. I would happily recommend tools-paint to other painters and decorators and already have... Many thanks again. J Cross.”
