Payment was easy and the order was quickly acknowledged. I was kept up to date on the status of my order and the item arrived securely packed. What more could you ask for?”

“I recently used Tool-Paint.com and can quite honestly say that the service I received was excellent. I have nothing to complain about. My product arrived when it said it would, promptly...within a few days, well wrapped up to protect it from spillage, and just as i expected. All in all i’m very happy and will use Tool-Paint again.”

“Overall service from tools-paint was good - the paint arrived quickly and in good condition - 5 stars for that. Only down side was that the standard tin of Dulux blackboard paint was accidently knocked over from a height of 10 inches the lid fell off and it went everywhere. Not ideal but not their fault. The seal on the tine should be stronger though or it needs to have strong tape like they use in dulux paint stores put onto it.”

“I ordered 3 tins of Cuprinol decking paint as Tools-paint.com were the cheapest on line. Ordering was very straight forward and delivery a couple of days. The tins were dented in transit but following an email to the company they agreed to replace should the paint be spoilt - couldn't ask for more.”

“We ordered two cans of Polycell Trade Stain Block Aerosol 500ml (order number 18891/230516/68), but we only received one can, We contacted Tools-Paint on 28 May 2016 to report the problem and ask how we could receive the second can. Today is 22 June and we still haven't received a reply. Very disappointing service, I'm afraid.”

Apologies for this oversight. Your email arrived but was not dealt with - completely our fault. We contacted you on June 23 and sent a replacement the same day. Sorry again.
