“0800 / 1800 delivery slot is too big and no option for leave in shed or neighbour. I am sole trader and can't sit In all day. DPD give a time slot. Might be more expensive but worth it.”

Thank you for your order and feedback, We use a selection of national couriers to ensure our customers receive their deliveries as soon as possible. We offer a range of service options as well as standard, next-day delivery that are available to choose at the checkout stage including delivery before noon and delivery before 10:30am. There is also a field to add any delivery instructions so if you do order again, please add any information such as leave with a neighbour etc and we will pass that information on in our instructions to the courier. “Ordered 3 pairs of hinges when I only needed 1, (to make minimum order value). Also, shipping option was next day at £9. The order was not urgent, so a slower opition would have been cheaper.”

“Hi, I feel of late that the telephone communication isn't as 'happy' and personal as it has been in the past, although mostly helpful, there seems to be a lack of enthusiasm and flair.. sorry if this sounds rude, but it has been my experience... and of late, the odd order not being ready upon collection...”
