“I have been using Toolfix for over thirty years and they are still my first port of call. I recently bought a thickness planer from them. I could have got it cheaper on line but wanted the back up. I opened up the box a couple of days before I needed it to do the job I got it for to find it was damaged. I phoned explained with a couple of emailed pictures. Within 24 hours I had a replacement from their supplier not from stock ready to do the job. If I’d done this from Amazon or the like it would have been weeks. It’s not just about cost it’s also about back up and service.”
