“Order for one M8 tap placed on a Monday but not actioned until Friday. I buy a lot of small items like this on eBay, with 90% being dispatched the same day or the next. Having to wait 7 days for delivery was not satisfactory..”

“I bought one item which was at a good price and was delivered swiftly. What has taken more time has been wading through the never ending stream of e-mails from you....now totalling ELEVEN!!! This is complete overkill and is ridiculous for the purchase of ONE item. For this reason I doubt I'll buy from you again. Sort it out ffs.”

“I was badly let down by the Click and Collect process. Although I received several emails telling me that my order had been received; my order was being picked; and my order was being packed for shipping (nonesense as it was to be collected), I never received an email to say that it was ready to collect. I only found out when I rang them after several days that my order had been ready some days before. It may just of been a glitch, but didn’t give very good first impressions. When I went to the shop the man there was extremely helpful and showed me how to find out if a product was in stock at Enfield. Next time I will just check and then go straight to the shop rather than wasting days with Click and Collect.”

“Einhell GECG 18/100 Li T 18v Cordless Grass Shears and Handle 2 x 2.5ah Liion Batteries, and Charger. Now, while My order was dispatched very quickly, and delivered when it should, the batteries and charger, which are not normaly included however, were just rolling around loose inside the main outer. I brought this to Tooled-up's attention, and still have had no response regarding the issue. So, only 3 stars, as they are just another " Take the money and forget them" type of trader.”

“Hello for everyone. I don't know if it was a mistake or on purpose, but instead of the model shown in the picture, you sent me another model of foam gun. Which also costs 3 times less. That's why I had to return my purchase.”

“Surprisingly, I do not recall getting a warning of delivery, but it was prompt enough. However the package was split open on delivery, although the contents were intact. Normally I receive much better service fro Tooled Up!”

“Ordering was very easy. Item arrived on schedule. Sadly, the box was damaged and it had clearly been opened and re-sealed. The Einhell strimmer is excellent for our needs but the bump feed is hit and miss.”

“products great, well there were only drill bits, but why send them out in 2 packets only a couple of days apart. wasted postage and totally over packeged. over sized heavy thick cardboard. you could save a fortune on packaging”

“The items were delivered in a presentation box totally unsuitable for carrier delivery and additional items added which overloaded the box causing it to burst open The delivery was 2 hours earlier than the window and left in insecure position and recorded that I had received it personally when I was not at home”

“Happy with the product ordered, however the order / delivery communication was not clear. The delivery date at point of order stated next day, but it took 5 days. Order tracking didn't work. Royal Mail did not communicate regarding delivery time or date. The parcel was left on my doorstep without my concent. Nobody was at my property for 3 days, luckily it was still on my return”

“Tooled-Up good reliable business but they require you to be in to recieve goods. DHL gave two delivery days which they did not turn up . It was delivered on the third day !! Would not buy from this company again if they use DHL.”

“I am very pleased with my Bosch garden pump but it's delivery was very bad. Did not arrive on stated day so had to take another morning off so that I could sign for it. The DHL tracking system (link supplied by Tooled-up) just didn't work.”

“Generally it’s fine, only issues are no response from the customer service team and the delivery carrier is poor. The delivery date was 2 days earlier than expected, I have rearranged the delivery date, but the carrier didn’t follow. The carrier left the item at the front door insecure when I was away.”
