“I RETURNED THIS ITEM ON AUGUST 16TH VIA THE POST OFFICE TRACKED 48 AND I HAVE THE RECEIPT. I HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED A REFUND. THE AMOUNT PAID I.E.£72.95. WOULD YOU PLEASE EXPEDITE THE REFUND. WENDY KANE.”

“Took over £100 on ebay for a hand held vacuum cleaner. Claimed it was delivered. Gave fake tracking number and a picture of the wrong parcel on someone else's doorstep. Asked me for cctv evidence (!) and to disturb my neighbours. Will not refund, involving ebay and the police. That's the polite version.”

“Black and Decker STC1820PC 18v Cordless Grass Trimmer 280mm bought was a complete waste of money. Used it on my small garden. Yet, could not power through the grown area. Plus always clogging and cutting off every few seconds. Product fall short of meeting seller description. Very very poorly, bad product.”

“I am still waiting for delivery-DHL have said it’s been delivered but it seems to wrong address 3days on and no sign of it. Am thinking to may never arrive but cannot afford to re-order”

“Item arrived which I paid nearly £400 for...tried sorting it out before wrote this review but unacceptable answer/outcome. The way it was packed was disgraceful and the drill case was scuffed and scratched. Was told they would pass this onto packing department and improve next time. No good to me because they won't be a next time... won't be buying off you again... UNACCEPTABLE!”

“I ordered an item on Sat 5 June. I was advised by Tooled Up that it was despatched on the 7th June by Royal Mail 1st Class post. Despite 2 emails to them it has still not arrived. They suggest I wait another couple of days as post can be delayed or to check at the sorting office. No tracking available.”

“Ordered a makita strimmer and extra cord. The cord was out of stock, so the order was all held!! With no noticeable warning to me!! I eventually phoned to see what was happening... I cancelled the cord and got the strimmer the next day. That is pathetic. If I had known I would have cancelled the cord straight away and got my strimmer quickly. I suggest you either tell people the situation or send the items separately. What would have happened if you had run out of strimmers while waiting for the cord to arrive? I could have been waiting forever..... this is utter utter rubbish.... 😡😡😡😡 Also, the courier just left the strimmer by my door and walked off. He didn’t knock. I was inside by an open window, so saw him and called him back. If I hadn’t noticed the strimmer would probably have “walked” and I would never have seen it. Not good enough. Needless to say I won’t be using you again and have unsubscribed from your newsletter.”

“Still not received my item even though it's been delivered to local parcel collection point, they require a "collection code" which I have not received. Ringing them everyday multiple times, first they said it was "it issue" and they promise I will get a code shortly. It's been now 4 days and still not received a code. Don't buy from them.”
