“Had Webb mower delivered the other day,unfortunately the courier w as holding the package by the tape which snapped and dropped onto concrete drive. He said it will be ok because they are well packed.As you know there is no soft material inside.I have assembled but not used yet,hopefully it will run ok.”

“A good range of tools which are not easily available elsewhere. Unfortunately I have found a high proportion of my purchases have been on long delivery. Generally I can accept this but it is a disadvantage.”

“The picture on the eBay page showed a Stanley Power Lock 10M tape measure, which I wanted to replace my lost tape. The small print upon checking after delivery said 3M. My bad for not reading the detail but was it misrepresentation? The real kicker was that I could have got this 3M tape measure for £4 cheaper elsewhere which was a double kick in the nuts!!!!!!”

“Quick delivery and my items arrived in good condition. Product pictures showed grey handles, but I received orange ones, not a big deal but I could have gotten this set of chisels in orange cheaper on Amazon.”

“Received my nail gun and I’m so happy I went with tooled up. The only thing I didn’t appreciate is me paying for a delivery service and not getting it!! It was only £1.00 but if you add up per day per customer it’s loads! I will come back to this company but I need confirmation not Brocken promises. Must say, the lovely Irish lady that dealt with me was a professional and very apologetic for something she had no idea about. People like this lovely person need recognition. Thank you tooled up and a massive shout to the sexy Irish voice that deals with other incompetence 😜”

“Ordered and acknowledged on the 15th March but the same day I received messages requesting a review and satisfaction survey. Considering the item only arrived today the 22nd, you are very premature with these requests. When I queried non-receipt days ago I was informed to allow 14 days for delivery. Two weeks for a Mail-Order is unduly lengthy in these days, when more people are ordering online due to the Covid restrictions.”

“The item was not as the picture advertised, which was a picture of the genuine hozelock part I was replacing. The item does fit the hozelock sprayer, but not giving a complete seal as the original does, but adequate for my use, so no need to return.”

“I placed the order on the 3rd Feb and it partly arrived on the 8th Feb. This was the Bosch Chainsaw oil. But I will have to wait an other three weeks for my new Chainsaw to arrive.”

“The product (Greenworks 80V battery charger) took longer than I expected to arrive, although this was down to Royal Mail. However when it arrived I found it was supplied with only a two-pin plug. Luckily as it was a replacement charger I had the old lead which works fine. I was not aware from the sales info that a normal 3 pin plug was not supplied.”

“I ordered 2 sets of Gardena loppers. These are great products that I've used before. What I don't need is a total of 9 e-mails confirming you've got my order, picked each item, packed each item and what do you think of the order? I'm very busy - 2 or 3 would have been perfect but 9 and that doesn't include any mail shots is ridiculous.”
