“Like a few places these days, the website lets you order stuff saying it's in stock but actually it isn't! I had to wait over a week for 6 of the 7 taps I ordered!!! Also as a result of this problem I then found the same products cheaper elsewhere!!! Be warned people!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“Ordered a Bosch Trimmer and additional battery. Arrived very quickly BUT trimmer box had been opened to cram the extra battery (also unpacked) in it, making space by removing the documentation inside and distorting the box. On phoning company they offered to print and post the information. Not acceptable. I now have to wait in on one whole day to have it collected and refunded. Ordered same from another supplier which arrived next day in sealed boxes within an additional carton and Bosch paperwork. The paperwork included instructions from Bosch to extend the warranty to 3 years rather than one, free of charge and I would have missed out on this. Will not order from Tooled-Up again.”

“The Courier left the parcel under little carpet on the street when i visited the doctor, thank God, my neighbour's saw it and took it inside, because I'm afraid the parcel would be stolen. Never had that kind of experience in my life. Advice You to think about to change the delivery options(for example, to give a parcel to neighbors) Good Luck”

“Have been waiting for three days for the delivery having been told each day that it will be delivered “today”. Then an email arrives saying that the delivery had “issues” and the article will be delivered tomorrow. We shall see how long this continues for. Three days and counting. Hopefully the product is better than the delivery using Amazon.”

“Do not use them! Sent the wrong item (was advertised wrong...incorrect photo used...they blamed Amazon). To return they have had me stay in the house all day on several occasions but no courier has turned up. I still have the item after 3 weeks of trying to resolve and they refuse to refund me until they have the item back (which is proving impossible!)”

Good afternoon We can only apologise for the experience you have had with this order. This is not the level of service we offer to our customers, and we have done everything we can to assist you further. Due to factors out of our control with the courier not collecting on the days we have booked for collection; this has added to the time frame of resolving this issue. As advised, we have little or no control over the item description and images on another marketplaces, as this is controlled by them. We work hard to make sure our descriptions are correct to the best of our knowledge. As we have been having issues with the courier getting your order collected for a full refund, we have now suggested an alternative return method , hopefully we can get this matter resolved very soon. “I’m afraid to say you guys proved to be a bit of a con! I selected a drill on line and then quite understandably you tried to up sell to me and asked if I want to buy a battery, and I decided to but two with a charger. It was a present for my son and I knew I had benefitted from having two batteries. I gave him the drill for Christmas but he already had two batteries from other purchases of the same brand, so I tried to return the batteries and charger. Apparently I ‘bought a kit’! No I didn’t I bought a drill and then added two batteries and a charger to the order. So you wouldn’t accept my return of the two batteries and charger. I have never come across any other retail site that behaved in this way, converting a series of purchases into the purchase of ‘a kit’. Bad show Tooled Up. Very shabby. I won’t return but will warn people of your dodgy behaviour.”

“WARRANTY. Unless you register directly, your equipment IS NOT UNDER WARRANTY even within the year. Never in 20 years have I had any problems with BOSCH 18v tools, until I purchased from TOOLED_UP. only to find out they didn't offer the 1 Year guarantee, I have to go through BOSCH themselves, but if you haven't registered then it's TOUGH!!!! NO GUARANTEE... GO TO SCREW FIX”
