“I was very pleased to receive my grass trimmer and lawn edger within 24hrs of ordering it. However, all the emails I received about delivery - from you, from the courier and from Amazon were very confusing as well as giving incorrect information. No where did you say that the tool and the battery pack would come in separate deliveries, the first being a day earlier than expected. The strummer itself works very well and I am pleased to have it.”

“Update: After posting below, they tried to cover up by claiming that my dispute related to an unauthorised discount code. This is not true. My complaint related to the poor handling and waste of time by their customer service staff that asked me to send them a whole host of information and links, over multiple chats and emails, to then not consider this when I requested a goodwill gesture of 5% off a £350 order. Not good. Orginal Review Excellent transaction, prompt delivery, good price and great product. Let down by Customer Service's lack of authority to deal with a problem. I did contact them again before leaving this review to give them another chance to change a dissatisfied customer into a satisfied customer, which would have resulted in 5 stars and not 3 stars. I would be happy to have a dialogue with a senior manager or Director to explain”

“Easy to use the website, not impressed about the surprosing deals, paying £50 for a bag I don't need is a deal. Next time I will take more time to buy, found a drill driver on eBay for half the price the next day. Love my drill driver”

“I appreciate that to be seen as cheaper in searches, some companies top load the P&P charge in compensation for providing a competitive price for the item, as Tooled-Up do. But it's the bottom line that counts, and Tooled-Up had both items that I required at an okay price. But if a company is going to charge substantial fees for p&p then I think the customer should expect an item that's been securely packaged and with some evident care, which was not the case in this instance. Frankly, in all the years I've shopped online I've never seen such a shoddy effort. I did send a polite note of disappointment to Tooled-Up on this, and they replied very quickly. However, in responding that they would pass the message onto the courier, either they misunderstood my polite complaint or else meant a fulfilment centre or else sought not to take responsibility. I did seek clarification but didn't receive a response. All in all, not inclined to purchase from Tooled-Up again.”

“Communication and delivery by tooled-up Great. Wolf Garten product not complete, photo of the item on Tooled-up website shows there are four tool holders and description also states the same and the wall bracket is missing a stop end. Wolf Garten product is disappointing so do not recommend this as it was not cheap. Did email over the weekend but with no response as of today (Tuesday)”

“Received on time - unfortunately I did not appreciate that the 18v Bosch drill battery (and charger) which I already own are not compatible with the Bosch chainsaw. If this could be made clear ie by making reference to the specific part numbers of battery and chargers which are compatible it might help others from making the same mistake.”
