I was emailed and told my order Tracking ID A11931815913 would arrive on 11 th September. To date I have not received my order. Please could you confirm it has been sent to my address. Kelly Kellie

More expensive than alternatives with expensive postage. Slow in all communication and especially slow in delivery. For a while I felt the order was not active so ordered from another cheaper company who beat your turn round time by a week!!

You have sent the wrong hose connector 3 times, all of which I have had to send back at considerable expense to get a refund. The promised pre-paid vouchers for posting back were never sent and I am told you are unable (or unwilling?) to reimburse me. I am not impressed.

I ordered a 25mm hose connector; you sent a 19mm one three times, which I had to return at considerable expense (£19.85). I'm told there was some mislabelling in the stores, but still, the connector should have been checked. I am expecting a refund for the postage.

When one buys online, especially on sites like eBay and Amazon, one expects that the items are in stock. Clearly not the case here. they took an eternity to deliver. When chased they had a shirty attitude. I have bought Facom tools many times. if they are not in stock the shop can get from Facom in a day or two. I am really unhappy with this sale. will avoid in the future and would advise anyone against using them

Delivery turned up in time, but was very poorly packaged. Box was damaged and roughly taped back together, part of the delivery (a battery) fell out Was supposed to be a gift, and this really took the shine off it. I get the impression I have received an ex-display / used item as there some light usage marks on the tool.

My Bosch charger was not a current model of the AL3620 it appears to be from 2015. It was not delivered in an original Bosch box with no gaurantee paperwork It was scratched on front face where battery is inserted and covered in dust. I sent photos of item on my receipt. All in all it looked used rather than new when speaking to your Sales I was assured it is new and not a demonstration or returned item. I stll have no paperwork to register my gaurantee with Bosch UK

Clearly big problems with the Stock Control system. After two weeks I was told that 5 of 6 products were not in stock, despite the website stating the opposite at time of purchase.

Wouldn't use again, ordered 2 new 4.0ah batteries and charger off them and received old stock, paid a higher price for these items as newer stock pictures were in the description on the purchase page, however, old stock is what arrived in the post. Very disappointed at how the management reacted to my complaint when I contacted them, as they couldn't care less..

Dreadful Company would never use them again!! Goods never arrived with delivery rejected for no reason, I then asked for goods to be re-sent but told they could not do this, I would get a refund and would have to re-order. I voiced my concerns and was told my complaint would be escalated to an Account Manager who would be in touch. I have heard nothing since and are still waiting for my refund!! I have also ordered elsewhere.

Waited a week for my order that said it would arrive next day. I ordered it for a job that weekend. Did not arrive, rang the following Wednesday and nothing could be done until the week after this one. I buy lots of tools, won’t be using tooledUp again as they said it would be tracked and was not.

Parcel refused due to damaged package one strap missing DHL should have a trolley for large items not deliverer struggling to deliver parcel

Chainsaw advertised on website with free one litre bottle of chainsaw oil but this did not apply to my purchase. This could have been much clearer. Poor.

I purchased an Einhell Battery powered chainsaw after much research and opted to have two sets of batteries for this. When the item arrived the box was ripped open and only one set of batteries was in the box. I emailed the sales team at Tooled - up and as of writing this review, they still haven't bothered to respond. So if it's good customer service that you are looking for, I'd look elsewhere.

Order placed on 6/4. 6 days later I am still waiting for advice regarding delivery. Had I purchased the same item with Amazon it would have been delivered on Easter Sunday! I tried calling Customer Service - no answer and no answer phone service. Very disappointed.
