“Good website, easy ordering process and prompt delivery. Would have been 5 stars but for fact the charger that I receieved was quite badly scratched, which led me to wonder if it had been returned or pre-used. Not necessarily TOOLED-UP's fault as it was in a sealed manufacturer's box and it's possible that the plug pins caused the scratches when the parcel was compressed.”

“Very quick delivery, but I was disappointed with the state of the packaging. The box had been opened previously and resealed (badly) with clear tape. It was then secured with plastic straps that had cut into the cardboard box. The box looked quite knocked about, so I had to open it immediately and assemble the workmate to check for damage. Everything was ok, but I then couldn't get it back in the box, which was a shame as I'd bought the item as a Christmas gift.”
