“Purchased an Einhell GE-CM 43 Li M cordless lawnmower which I received 1/7/2024. The box containing the lawn mower had obviously been pre opened and poorly resealed, the box was filthy and well knocked about. On unboxing and assembling everything seemed fine. However I was rather concerned when getting details of the machine to register it for warranty that it was manufactured in September 2021 (approx 3 years previous). I have used the machine twice and up to now appears OK, so having registered the machine on line with Einhell it is covered by their warranty and I'll keep my fingers crossed. I will however think twice before ordering from Tool-Up in the future.”

“I ordered 2 items: A lawn mower and a Hozelock non return valve. The mower was delivered promptly the next day. I assumed that the reason for only one item being delivered was the disparity in size (both items were shown as available on the web site). However after the smaller item had still failed to arrive a number of days afterwards, I telephoned Tooled-Up and was informed by a very pleasant and helpful person that stock was awaited. I have no problem with this, but it would have been helpful to have been informed of this at the outset rather than me having to activly find out. This niggle will not prevent me from ordering from Tooled-Up in the future.”

“Good day.I ordered Karcher puzzi 10/1.It was stated that there will be a brush as a gift.It was not in the box.The second order I ordered kherherher chemistry.The parcel came all wet.I opened it and there is half a bottle of liquid left.So I can not give you a good assessment on my experience.”

“Great price but poor delivery updates! After 3 days waiting for info I called & was told "No stock" and that delivery of new stock expected next day. Then out of the blue on the same day that I called it's been picked, packed & shipped - pretty clever for no stock! Dissappointing that I had to call at all let alone get incorrect stock info. I may not use in the future because of this :-(”

“The chuck key I ordered for the Makits 3010 right angle electric drill is not correct. The centre shaft that locates in the chuck ahead of the gear teeth is too small. This will eventually lead to rounding off of the chuck teeth. The key is superior to the original in design apart from this, being made stronger in design. If the centre shaft had been the correct size I would have given it 10 out of 10”

“Paid a whole £1 extra to have the purchase delivered on a specific day, as it was for a birthday present, plus a case of someone being home to take the delivery, and although it was scheduled for the correct day, and I received confirmation of delivery being on that day, it was not actually delivered, and was delivered the following day.”

“The ordering online and the delivery service was totally spot on. The manual to explain how to use the machine was in adequate and when I phoned for Support, I was told to ring a different company. Fortunately the other company did a very good job and the guy on the other end of the phone was extremely patient and extremely helpful considering I wasn’t there customer. You must try to get this right if you want to get people to come to you again, I’ll think twice about it from now on. Thank goodness Handys.co.uk know what to do.”

“Very happy with the products and prices, but feel the delivery is a bit slow compared to other sites. My order took four days to get to me when others suppliers often deliver the next day. I also think the use of the Post Office for deliveries is a mistake - they tend to be both slow and unreliable. There are much better couriers to choose who provide proper tracking information and timed deliveries.”
