“I am happy to have used Tooled-up for my order. I am less than happy with the missed Amazon Delivery for Friday 23rd. My order is stuck somewhere in their Enfield distribution depot. I have no update on an revised delivery date. I was relying on my order arriving in time for the weekend as I am building up some bespoke kitchen cabinets and was going to use the drill stop gauges for the dowel depths.”

“I received the Bosch HedgeCut 18V-55 quickly after placing the order. However, I wasn't happy to receive it in the Bosch box unsealed. I am not sure if that has caused a slight bend in the trimmer, see the picture attached showing the slight curve. Although it does not affect its functioning it doesn't look alright, not sure if it will cause long-term issues. Also disappointed to note that there is no free lubricant with bare units. Overall, I wouldn't purchase from here again, rather use Amazon, ScrewFix, Costco as an alternate.”

“I received the goods, but the battery was flat and out of date, so the product - a Thermal Leak Indicator - didnt work. I bought a new battery and told Tooled-Up about the problem, but all they have done so far is ask for a photograph of the date on the bottom of the battery. I had already thrown the battery away. Not good service.”

“much heavier than i expected and the harness is just about useless ,i'm 5' 4" and could not in any way adjust the harness to take the weight off my arms without the engine around my knees ,ended up burning a hole in my jeans.”

“We ordered 4 of the same item! We're told they were coming. Didn't realise they get them from another supplier. So we were then told we had to wait till August 16th. Which then it wud be way too late for us. We have received one item n still waiting for 3. Rubbish service”

“The spray nozzle is pretty flimsy and does not spray very far, disappointing, also unable to turn the lance screw or it leaks. The nozzle end unable to turn at all. Also Tooled up failed to put all my address on the label, just the town name so the delivery driver rang me for rest of address. Not a 5 star experience sadly.”

“I ordered directly from tooled up.com and their delivery went back by 2 weeks. Ordered from eBay and the delivery came within 2 days. Even after phoning them to cancel they couldn’t do anything. Strange they give priority to eBay purchasers.”
