“Won’t be ordering again. Blames Royal Mail when I ordered on Wednesday they dispatch it Thursday past the cut off point then customer service is awful.. If your after something quickly stay clear of these muppets”

“Do not bother with this miss leading company. They had an offer on in clear view stating I get a 2ah battery with my purchase, so when I opened the box and seen no battery I messaged them and got told, the offer ended on the 5th but why have an offer on still stating you get a free battery. So it’s miss leading. Then I get ignored🤦‍♂️”

“I ordered a 25mm hose connector. On 3 occasions you sent a 19mm connector all of which I had to return to get a refund. The return postage came to £19 or more. You refused to repay this and even failed to refund one of your delivery charges. This is gross incompetence, bordering on robbery. Expect no further custom nor commendation from me. Dr D M Jackson.”

“What a nightmare return things. They take 25% off the price of the goods (which is costly when the items are expensive). Then you have to chase them to get the refund. They say they try and process refunds on the same day - they didn't. Still waiting on a refund on 2 packages out of 3 returned! Stated they would 'get around to it'. Customer service terrible.”

“Order before 3.00pm on Thursday paid for next day delivery. Now Monday night not recieved battery. Spent 15 minutes in the afternoon on phone just kept waiting. No human interaction! They either have a lot of issues or just a poor helpline. Both are in excusable”

“I have written through ebay to say I'm disatisfied with the way this product is described, you can see the details in my other mail. Basically this item is not suitable for all Bosch batteries and wasn't for the batteries I have. Basically there are two types and this is far from clear. Your reply to just send it back if you don't like it really doesn't cover the issue. The leaflet that came with the item says '100% compatibility since 2007' This is not true.”

“Not a good first experience, firstly they let you put things in your basket that isnt in stock, the post charge is a decent price right through the whole purchase process then when you pay its 5 times the price! I had to cancel as the wait was over a month away until back in stock! let's see how fast that happens which I'm not confident about. will NEVER use again!”

“my flowpro hose system came in good time , but as i have contacted you before about the faulty spray end blowing apart (by e mail i definatly couldent recommend you )i will be intouch with the manufactuers shortly to see if they have had a bad batch maybe.mr d hargrave.”
