Item supplied as expected. However, the delivery charges indicated on the link from Google shopping were far lower than the actual delivery charges, which was somewhat disappointing.

I can confirm that all our delivery charges are as per our website and are shown in full at checkout. 4xItems ordered -arrived next day – impressive. Then realised I had ordered wrong version by mistake, so filled out Return Form asking for replacement with 4x correct items (including Tooled-Up code numbers), and sent them back. Heard nothing for 2 weeks so phoned to be told refund was issued on 4 days after I sent the Return but no knowledge of replacement request! So ordered over phone there & then - and they arrived next day. Rating: 5-star for delivery & refund but 1-star for Returns Form which seems to be a waste of time = average 3-star.

Prompt delivery. Good choice of products. However, on similar products I would really like to see standard review/descriptions. On two similar products the specs supplied on each were not something I could use to compare the two models. A comparision tool would be a great addition to the website.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, competitive prices and fast delivery. Package was badly damaged and should have had more protection. Fortunately the contents appear to be fine!

Item I bought was good just what I ordered, but thought delivery was slow ordered on Saturday did not receive till Thursday,have ordered of other eBay sites and have had within 1 to 2 days delivery could be quicker.

Pretty good prompt service, but it should have been made more clear what batteries were compatible with the vacuum cleaner - my 18volt Bosch Li batteries weren't. Company promised to email me a refund form but never did.

Product excellent however I paid extra for a following day delivery and they arrived a day late, which them missed my wife's birthday!!!! ,

Not happy with postage charges. Cost me almost £15 to have an axe posted to Northern Ireland, bit excessive i think.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your order. I have looked into this for you and due size, weight and nature of the item you purchased. They have to be shipped via courier. Unfortunately as with all couriers there is a surcharge for shipping goods outside of the mainland. I can confirm that whilst we try to keep our postal charges as low as possible, we do advise how much postage will be at checkout.

I placed my order on Good Friday, asking for a shop collection. Despite not receiving the standard e-mail reply informing me that the order was ready for collection, I took a chance by visiting the shop the next working day on Saturday. I was lucky in that I was able to get my order. Your staff were very helpful, which I appreciated, but your computer system is very supplier orientated. It gives the impression that the customer has to obey the system. May I suggest you make it more customer friendly to match the obvious professionalism of your staff in the shop.

Thank you for your feedback. On our website all products clearly state the dispatch time if we are waiting for stock to arrive. I can see that this item shows a 2-3 working day dispatch. Your order was placed at 22.33pm on 31/01/17, therefore would have been processed on the morning of 01/02/17 when the company re-opened. Your order was dispatched via Royal Mail First Class Service on 03/02/17 as promised and within the specified delivery time frame. Kind regards, Tooled-up customer services.

Ordering was straight forward and the package arrived within the specified timeline: BUT : the product description included a lithium battery but not a charger. In consequence I ordered a charger . When the package arrived the hedgecutter box contained both a battery and charger along with a separately boxed charger. In consequence I now have to return the second charger at my expense.

The tool (Billhook) is fine and as stated on the website so I am happy with that. The dispatch and delivery however... I can't believe it takes up to 10 days after ordering to pick it off the shelves in a warehouse before they even send it. I know it states '7-10 days dispatch' on the website but what that means is, it takes 10 days for someone to pick it off a shelf and prep it for delivery, if you add in 2-3 days for delivery you're looking at a potential 2 week turnaround! This is 2017, time to speed it up a little I think.
