“Goods arrived undamaged and at the expected time. The cordless mower I ordered though, arrived without assembly instructions or owner's manual. Was my mower a previously returned unit? I was able to find and download the manual and the unit appears new so no real issues.”

“The product (Bosch EasyGrassCut strimmer) seems pretty good after one use although, as I ordered it over a bank holiday weekend, I had to wait a bit longer for delivery. Overall though, seems like decent service.”

“I received the package from Royal Mail about a week after ordering (Bank Holiday) intervening. I fitted the wheels and I am now going to try out my Bosch strimmer which I am sure will be much easier for me to use with the wheels fitted. Thank you for sending them so quickly.”

“The bosch bushcutter arrived on time and in perfect condition. It has already made easy work on a seriously overgrown area. So 10 out of 10 for that. The instructions could be loads clearer for the assembly of the bushcutter.”

“Have bought a few items from you over time and the products and price have always been very good. Have not used my new mower yet but I have set it up ready for its first use. A small coment re delivery. The box arrived and had clearly already been opened and then had two strapping bands around it to keep it closed. The bands had cut into the box slightly damageing it. This was a bit concerning but I opened it anyway. The extra blade I had ordered was inside as was the battery and charger so I assume that the box had been opened to put these items in it . The box for the battery was also open but the battery looked new. The grass box was not in the plastic bag that it should have been in and the bag was just laying in the carton. Hopefully everything is OK but just to let you know that the initial impression was not great as it all felt that I was handling something that had already been handled or perhaps returned.”
