Bought a Bosch GlassVAC which works very well unfortunately the supplies that came with it were out of date and nearly a year after the Best Before date. As Tooled-Up emailed me to check everything had been to my satisfaction, I emailed sales as requested and informed them of the problem. It has now been 5 days and not even an acknowledgement of my issue. Tooled-Up asked me to write a review to improve their customer satisfaction so here it is. Bosche Tools are great - Tooled-Up service not so great perhaps even useless. Perhaps it will improve with this valuable feedback!

DHL left this outside, said it had been signed for, but it wasn’t there when someone arrived home. Tooled up have done nothing so far other than to defend DHL using covid as a reason (to which I pointed out DPD don’t do this), and have said a manager will look into it next week, as no managers work over a weekend! I’m £300 out of pocket on the item, and have lost a job I was supposed to be doing this weekend. Will update when I have an outcome.

Received a damaged machine, returned immediately, but the only correspondence received in acknowledgement is requesting a review!! I had said I would wait for a resolution before posting a review but the latest email, once again asking for a review, and making no reference to the return of the machine or the issues we’d experienced was just too much!!

Wow, the tooled-up.com website has to be the worst e-commerce website I've used this year - given that it's mid December 2022 - that saying something. How many scripts and external websites are needed to buy a simple hand saw? Well, 47 and I still haven't been able to successfully checkout (using Google Pay) I have no idea who wrote this website, but it is completely garbage. Tooled-up needs to replace it with something simple that works. Come on, you don't need complex video hosting and six different web-trackers in 2022 - that's so early 2000s and you got suckered into cloudflare and braintree too. D'oh!

I have not received goods yet.they use DHL the email I received from them states they tried to deliver but no one home after checking this out I found that they went to a completely different address. Tooled up have not sent me any confirmation of purchase.i called them 2 days ago and was told its to be delivered to a DHL pickup point but heard nothing since

This company treats its customers like dirt once they have gotten your money they do not want to know you after I have paid £200 + for a product that has a fault and under guarantee they do not answer their emails and are not interested this company stinks Customer care service is a joke and non functional

Really awful service! Ordered a hedge trimmer which arrived damaged, refused to send out a replacement, failed collection after waiting in all day, requested escalation and filed official complaint which was ignored, had my money for nearly a month!! DON’T USE!!

I require a 3m suction hose for my Spear & Jackson 2000W pressure washer. I ordered a 3m suction hose. I received a 5m suction hose.

Not living up to what promised? Paid about £8 for "fast" delivery - ordered on Friday afternoon - did not receive until Tuesday - so slow. What held it up? No apologies just lots of "we.ve got your order crap" ...........

Well, was all set to spend £200 just now, happy to see that the delivery charge disappeared at that point, But no... Because I'm on the mainland, oh sorry, I mean Scotland... That far flung mysterious island that is not even slightly difficult to get to, I get charged TWICE the delivery amount. Sure, blame the couriers... I see you use DHL, and DPD... Both of whom deliver up here on a daily basis, and haven't ever penalised me for nonsensical reasons. So eh, no thanks, pretty sure there's legislation under way on this nonsense, so I'll add your name to the list. Tools? Yes. Absolutely.

I purchased a Bosh chainsaw that was advertised with a free 1L bottle of oil. However, the oil was not delivered. When I queried this I was informed that to qualify for the promotion I also needed to buy a battery and a charger. This was made clear on the website (see attached screenshot).

Ordered four days ago, still waiting for item to be despatched. Not had any information from either Tooled-up or Amazon as to why the delay. Very poor service.
