“Sizing on the small side so I have had to return the boots. Standard download of returns form and had to pay for it myself.”

“Overall they (Tooled Up) are good communicators. However be aware that free delivery means free delays!! I ordered hoping my order would get to me a day or two after despatch, but nearly a week on and I am still waiting. Nothing wa clear to me at the check out as to which courier would deliver to me. Anyway, I can't actually give a review on the product itself, as I don't have one to review!!”

“I recently (20th Jan) ordered a pressure sprayer, extendable lance (I need to reach up very high) and spare parts. I’ve received the sprayer and spare parts, but not the extendable lance, which I’ve been told I won’t receive until 20th Feb. I can wait for then, but won’t be able to test if it works until the lance arrives. If it doesn’t arrive, the other two items will have to be returned, as it won’t give me the reach I require.”

“The only real problem experienced was the packing. The box used was inadequate for the rigours of the carriers. Otherwise everything on the order was fine, and fortunately no real damage occurred to the goods. My previous order to you was well packed. D W Jeskins”

“I would have given more stars, except the item was dumped on my doorstep, instructions on the del note were ignored, also on my door! The driver lied by saying he handed item to me!! Anyone could have just walked away with the item!!”

“I also purchased a Reciprocating Sabre Saw to use with blades the blades I purchased from TOOLED-UP The Celotex boards vibrated so much that the cut wasn't straight and board broke before the cut finished! I was informed by a colleague on site that the blades I purchased was for cutting RockWool semi rigid boards. The reason I bought them is because Tool-Up's advert said (Celotex Fibre Insulation Cutting' Celotex do not produce semi rigid boards.”

“Received and opened the item on Friday evening,handle damaged you were unable to supply me with replacement even with your eBay shop showing you had one.Offered to accept item back with your courier picking up on a specific day but no specified time.Not good.”

“Item arrived in good time however the item was damaged plus items were missing. As I needed to use item the next day for a job I carried out the repairs myself and luckily had parts from an old item that I salvaged. So because of this could only give 3 stars sorry.”
