Only part off my order received very little information about delivery. No delivery note. So nothing to say when or even if the rest of the order is coming.

Great products, but the weirdest and worst packaging I have ever seen. It caused delays because label was placed to be almost invisible so it got lost by the carrier.

Good delivery and communications. BUT! Expected to receive the free offer of lubricant with my order as indicated on your website. Your customer service said I wasn't eligible as I ordered the version without the battery. After numerous emails back and forth explaining this wasn't clear and that my total order was worth more than the cost of the battery version anyway, your customer services response was basically "tough luck". NOT GOOD CUSTOMER RELATIONS.

I'm a returning customer who has purchased from Tooled-Up in the past and been very please with my purchase and the service provided. This time I found the product I was looking for which was at a very competitive price and decided to buy paying the £15.95 delivery charge for this item. After several delivery attempts by DHL over the week at the wrong address, I contacted Tooled-Up customer services and cancelled my order. They were very understanding and apologetic and contacted DHL to return the item back to them so I would receive my full refund. Two weeks after placing and paying for my order, I'm still waiting for my refund. The delivery service by DHL has tarnished my Tooled-Up experience which would make me think twice before purchasing from them again.

Ordered a chainsaw online for delivery. Order Ref :WB00202660 Tooled-up ID:0031615 The order received was very badly damaged from DHL with loads of repackaging tape on it. The box had pretty much smashed in half and been put back together with tape. Sent a report to Tooled-up with photographs. I was taken through the return process which has put over a week on my delivery time and loss of work. I requested a replacement which was refused until the return had been received back. No refund as yet so I can't just order a new one until I get my refund. No apology or offer to post out sooner, no discount for inconvenience, nothing... just the threat that if I miss the return I would need to pay for a subsequent one. No consideration that this is not my mess and caused me a great deal of inconvenience along the way. Thank you for contacting Tooled-Up Customer Services. I have arranged collection for 25/09/23. Collections are between the hours of 8 am and 6 pm. Unfortunately, we will not be able to specify the time of day at which the collection is likely to take place. Please ensure that the item is packaged in its original packaging, or sufficient packaging so as not to incur any damage during transit.

The Gardena handle was sticking out of the box and not delivered to a neighbour as requested via DHL. Thus the rating of poor.

Tooled-Up was fine in producing my order. My Bosch battery charger was just what I ordered and what I expected. So, very happy. Very unhappy with the delivery. The package was properly addressed to me. However, for whatever reason, it was delivered to an address half a mile from my house. An elderly, quite infirm lady had to struggle to deliver it to my house. Not at all good. Quite disappointed with the delivery performance. Why delivered to an address half a mile away, I do not understand. So, happy with Tooled-Up's performance but very disappointed with the delivery. Thus my reason for overall performance. A very elderly lady should not have had to travel half a mile to deliver it to me. Was it delivered on time ? No idea. Who delivered it, no idea. Sorry. RJW

Very disappointing overall. The products seem good quality but were let down by poor customer service. Hopelessly slow delivery and no updates offered from Tooled Up. Even when I chased, updates were grudging and uninformative. The reason Amazon does so well is by constantly focussing on what the customer wants, and Tooled Up could really improve by following that thinking.

Dissapointed that despite staying in all day I did not receive my product. Instead I got a card saying it would be delivered the next day or day after which was not satisfactory or acceptable. Did I get my product the next day, guess what no which meant I had to go to post office collection point to collect it. I did go just after lunch only to find a card in the window which read only open 8am to 10am. Furious...

The advert showed a free blade but apparently this was only for certain mowers. Very misleading as I could of got it cheaper elsewhere without the blade. Won't shop here again

Bought this on the strength of some free chain oil. The offer only exists if you buy a bare unit which is not clear as the asterisk does not relate to any searchable T&Cs on the site. Sharp practice I say. Product slightly grubby on arrival in a partially opened box. Have bought from you on 2 occasions previously but this tine you have let yourself down. Overall disappointed with attitude of customer service e-mails and unfair advertising.

I ordered an extendible gutter scraper. When it arrived the head attachment was broken and the extendible handle was missing. The head attachment was just partially wrapped in a flimsy piece of cardboard with some shrink wrap around it, so no wonder it got broken. I contacted customer services who said if I provide a photo of the broken part they will issue a full refund. That is fair enough but I needed the item to complete a job on the house before we move. So I asked if they could please send a replacement without delay. The answer I got was "there isn't much point, as if that one got broken then the replacement probably will too". It was in my mind to suggest maybe putting it in a box! The refund was quick and efficient, but what I really needed was the item. Not a good experience. Two stars are for delivery and speed of the refund.

Arrived quickly but both the Bosch grinder and B&D Chainsaw arrived in battered boxes with some packaging missing pretty sure returns not new, both registered ok on warranty sites a bit disappointed with Customer services response

A little disappointing to be honest - people should be aware you need to be very strong to master this tool on your own . We could only use it by one holding the switch / handle & the other directing it from higher up . We were trying to cut tall lelandi but found the trimmer blade constantly snarling up - we swapped it to the chain saw attachment which is better but still very difficult to actually get to the top middle of the hedge . Ended up doing most of the reachable stuff with our old hedge trimmer . On the plus side we had no problem with battery life .

Poor service did not deduct VAT from order when being sent to a VAT exempt address. But item was of good quality.
