Nightmare! Order as a next day delivery item ,after 4 days I call to find out where the vacuum was as only the batteries arrived they forgot to send the vacuum , after lots of phone calls and them telling me " I promise will arrive today" the vacuum arrived 10 days after I originally order it , very rude customer service ,they wanted to be right when they wrong, no apologies , better buying on local store.

I bought a Hozelock sprayer and weed killer cone which the website said were compatible but were not. Checked with Hozelock who said I needed a different nozzle. Tooledup wanted me to return the sprayer and cone which would cost me more than the nozzle from Hozelock. I suggested they supply the nozzle but they refused as they didn’t stock it.

When I ordered my purchase I requested that it wasn’t delivered on the proposed date but the day after or onwards. The following morning I sent another email saying the same as I hadn’t received any reply. I was asked for an order number so assumed all done. I did receive annoyingly over a dozen emails telling me the various stages of the order, and surprise surprise the order arrived on the day I said I didn’t want it. I contacted yourselves after the delivery to be told that I should have cancelled my order and re do it if I wanted a different day for delivery. I wasn’t given that option on the previous correspondence.Its all very simple but you couldn’t do it. Very disappointed

Do not use. Faulty item sent out, clearly a returned item. Even has a picking not in the box stating “trigger fail intermittent “. They still will not offer a replacement only a refund which will take 14 days. I have used them in the past but will be unlikely to use them again due to the poor service.

Being sold as NEW with a Faulty trigger ON EBAY .This is the second attempt I have brought on EBAY a Black & Decker angle grind in .the last two weeks.It to has been sent back

Just a dreadful experience dealing with you. After delays you sent me the wrong part. It is being returned today. You never had or are getting the part o actually ordered though it remained on your web site. A complete waste of time. I hope the refund is forthcoming promptly. Will never deal with you again. An appaling experience.

Order confirmed and paid for but you did not or could not fulfill it. You then suggested I had asked for a refund, cancelled the order and refunded me.Two weeks later I am being asked if I was happy with the purchase and to write a review............ NOT GOOD!!

Used second hand item supplied I. Piece of the new item ordered. Box already open annd damaged, instructions missing, saw blade already used as paint worn off. Looked to get extended 3 year warranty from manufacturer and previous owner had already registered the item so this option was unavailable to me! Not sure why this item was supplied as new or was able to get back into the system. Should have been checked upon return to the company and billed to the previous owner as it had been used and registered to them. Afraid based on this performance I cannot recommend the company. Photos to confirm condition were sent but unfortunately customer services were unable to open the standard format sent for an Apple phone. These had to be converted to jpeg by myself and were resent to assist. Apple use an industry standard HEIC format so surprised the customer is required to resolve the issue and convert the file format using a standard Windows operating system option to assist customer services in their role. They have agreed to refund the cost of the item however this does not cover the disappointment experienced.

OK, so I've clicked buy it now, my fault. Shouldn't of done it. Didn't look through the available products, just hit the buy it now. Then it come up with the suggested. They were £10 dearer. So I cancelled my order. Within 5 minutes of ordering, Cancellation denied, they've already posted it, somehow within 5 minutes they had it out the door. Cost me to send it back. Won't be using them again. Cheers!

I placed the order with all items apparently in stock. I then got an email to say part order bing shipped. I made a call to customer service to check why and was put on hold and then told she would call back within two minutes after checking. Several days later - no phone call and the first two out of three items turn up in a card envelope. No delivery note or paperwork in or on the parcel. Then another email came to say third item no despatched. Item has now turned up, no packing no delivery note or paperwork. Just sent the £75 worth of tools in a plastic bag with no attempt to protect. Another 'just doing my job' attitude towards the customer. Its safe to say, I wont be returning.

You wanted a review. I ordered a ARS CAM-24PRO. The specification that you provided included a spare blade. Rightly or wrongly I thought that the blade was part of the deal. No blade was sent and when I telephoned your office, your staff member seemed reluctant to engage in conversation, simply advising that you do not sell a spare blade for this product and the specification does not specifically say that a spare blade was included . I tried to explain that I thought that a blade was included and nowhere in the specication did it indicate that a blade was not part of the deal. Since the complaint was first registered I have been bombarded with 8 e-mails, almost all of which appear to be automatically generated, of the How did we do today type. I have previously asked that a formal complaint should be registered in writing, but you still continue to offer this as a solution. A little less use of the automatic response button and a genuine assessment as to whether your specification details are confusing or misleading would be appreciated. William Butcher
