“Great price and service however 2 of 4 items arrived promptly and the other 2 will arrive within 7 days hopefully. Communication was good and delivery of stocked items was excellent but the delay has cost me.”

I am sorry to hear that you have had an issue with your order. I have looked into this and I can see that you ordered a Body Only Drill Driver for which you would have selected No Batteries & No Charger from the selection menu and this would have been confirmed at checkout. I can confirm that our body only machines are designed for people who already have other machines in the range and may not require more batteries and chargers as they can use the ones they already have. As for the cost of return, a 2nd class Royal Mail tracked service should have only cost £6.95 or as recommended in our returns policy Parcel2go offer a carrier return service from as little as £3.78 for a medium parcel Kind Regards Tooled-Up

“The picture in the ad showed a Starrett 51mm hole saw so that is what I thought I was ordering however when it arrived it was a 46mm! A bit confusing when you are trying to order something quickly amid all the other admin stuff we have to do here. It is a very nice 46mm cutter though. Just need some use for 46mm holes and all will be 5 star!.”

“My delivery was a day late. I was able to communicate through the message service regarding delivery but was not able to speak to anyone directly. It was all choices 1,2 or 3 all guiding you to go on line to sort your problem out yourself. I haven’t opened the parcel yet. It is a xmas present for my husband.”

“After spending an hour trying to assemble my leaf blower, I finally thought I had succeeded and went to try it but it refused to start. Yes I had the battery fully charged ! I realise this is not your fault but I’m stuck with a leaf blower that is going nowhere.”

“Product delivery was fast in fact early so we were not there and it was dropped with a neighbour Packaging was Manufacturer's packaging and was damaged and resealed Product appears to be Ok”

“Not absolutely impressed with the handling of my order. I am still waiting delivery of one of the items ordered. I was not informed of a delay and i was not given a delivery date. I had to phone your offices and they advised me it will be delivered next week.”

“Dewalt strimmer turned up on time but no instructions and no screw pack to fit handles etc! Sent a list of parts to choose from and told Dewalt will supply direct ! So watch this space”

“I have only used it once so far on my allotment but I am very impressed with it's performance and battery life. It isn't heavy or too loud either. There were problems with delivery which meant it had to be sent again. No fault of TooledUp but I think they should change their couriers.”
