“I would have rated them higher but I don't like being lied to. I bought an item in a sale, which I thought was the Black Friday sale however the following day an extra £10 was taken off the item, which like I said was advertised as on SALE, when I asked if they could reduce the item I was told they couldn't because it was a manufacturer sale. I contacted the manufacturer direct and they assured me in writing that it was entirely at the descression of the retailer! I do not like being lied to. I know it's only £10 but it all matters so since then I have bought more tools from a different supplier and won't use them again”

“I'm happy with all aspects of my service including customer service. Unfortunately I still haven't received my product. It was spposed to arrive on next day delivery. Fed Ex state they tried to deliver last Wednesday which was a lie as we were both home all day. I've agreed delievery now for tomorrow. We'll see what happens.”
